Hello Everyone,As I sit here on Thanksgiving Day typing the newsletter and sniffing the turkeycooking, I am wondering where has the last three years gone? I can’t believethat this is our last newsletter article as PA District Directors. It just seems likeyesterday we told the District Directors, Dana and Danise Hartle and Region Director, Tom and Renee Wasluck that Andi and I would agree to become theGWRRA PA District Directors. They say time flies when you’re having fun – well, there has never been a time where we did not have fun at the many Gold Wingfunctions we attended.Andi and I would like to thank everyone on the district team for making our jobseasy. From the District Rallies, District Meetings, and the staff meetings weknew that if any of you were given a task to do, it would be done to perfection. We always said that we believed we had the greatest district staff around. Again,we thank all of you all from the bottom of our hearts. We will truly miss workingwith all of you and we are sure to remain awesome friends. Some people we had asked to be part of the district team accepted our offer, some turned down the opportunity. We feel those that didn’t accept a positionmissed out on the chance to make some wonderful friendships. The friendshipsAndi and I have made being District Directors throughout the years will last alifetime. Granted throughout our tenure we have had some rocky roads but inthe end, everything worked out. If our new District Director asks for your help, maybe consider taking a position and possibly making a difference in our greatPennsylvanian District.Along with thanking the District team we would like to say a special thank you toall our chapter leaders throughout the GWRRA organization. We would especially like to thank our PA chapters and chapter members for welcoming us at every event we have ever attended. The fun and comradery that is shown in ourchapters is without a doubt something special. Your dedication to GWRRA is appreciated. With our tenure being over please remember the fun will continue with newleadership and new ideas. All I can ask is for you to support the new leadershipas you supported us. You can do this by supporting all the programs that the district is involved with.

We would like to wish Harold and Diane Jackson all the luck that is possible intheir new position as PA District Directors. I know they will give 110% in everything they do. We wish them the best and congratulate them on the new PA District Team they are working on putting together.Thank you again for all the support in our tenure. Hope to see every one of yousomewhere soon.Andi and I want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and safe and blessedNew Year.Rick and Andi RiekFormer PA District Directors
