Who Is CROWConservation Rangers Operations Worldwide (C.R.O.W.) is anInternational, Non-Profit Educational Organization thatspecializes in Anti-Poaching and Conservation training programs.Our mission is to establish and train Rangers to a set standard inthe skills necessary to support, train, and supplement antipoaching and conservation efforts worldwide.We are located in Colorado, US, and sponsored by severalorganizations and companies based in Europe, the US, Asia andAfrica to support private reserves, conservation areas, andnational parks in the fight for conservation of animals and theirhabitat. With over 10 years’ experience in Africa (from Namibiandeserts to Congo rain forests), our goal is to handle situationseffectively through collaborative strategies.What CROW OffersThe Senior Staff at CROW have developed a three level Program of Instruction (POI) and Certificationspecifically designed for the Rangers going into the field. The POI develops a set of Standard OperatingProcedures (SOPs) that enables the ranger in the field to better perform their duties.The POI is divided into three levels:1. Conservation Ranger Course2. Conservation Specialist Course3. Instructor CourseEach Certification is attained after successfully passing a Final Test (both Theoretical and Practical). Uponcompletion, new graduates will be advised on potential positions around the world they are nowqualified for.Individuals willing to attend these courses are subject to a participation fee in consideration of facilitycosts.CROW POI 2018-20194 Page

1. Conservation Ranger CourseThe first level of the POI is the Conservation Ranger Course. This POI provides the students with thebasic tools to provide support to our safest parks we work with. 3. Instructor CourseThe third and final course for the CROW POI is the Instructor Course. The Instructor Course is focused onthe practical and theoretical aspects of teaching and learning what has been covered in the first twocourses.In this course, the student will learn how to explain concepts clearly in a universal language (English) anda foreign language (determined by those who request CROWs educational services).
