Krishnan, Consultant-Market Research, Adfactors Public Relations.‘Practice Management’ workshop-19th MayPractice management course for ophthalmologists andadministrators was conducted at SNC to improve themanagement skills in eye care sector and as well expose them tomodern management practices.Research skills development training programResearch skills development has been one of the priorities atSadguru to ensure evidence based approach in practices. Mr.Shailendra Bisht, Assistant Professor at ICFAI business schoolconducted training on qualitative data collection.

Opthalive workshop – 23rd-24th MayOpthalive workshop was organized by Divisional Ophthalmic Society, Rewa & Sadguru NetraChikitsalaya, Chitrakoot (Under the Aegis of MP State Ophthalmic Society). 172 Delegates from allacross the Madhya Pradesh state attended the conference with great enthusiasiam. The workshop wasinaugurated by Honorable Chief Guest Prof.K.B Pandey including Dr.Sushil Tripathi, OrganizingSecretary, Ophthalive, Dr.Rohini Mishra, Organizing President, OphthaLive, Dr.S.C Batalia, Guest ofHonor, Prof.K.B Pandey, Hon. There are now more than 4000 Counselling and TestingCentres, mainly located in government hospitals. Under NACPIII, Voluntary Counselling and Testing Centres (VCTC) andfacilities providing Prevention of Parent to Child Transmissionof HIV/AIDS (PPTCT) services are remodelled as a hub or‘Integrated Counselling and Testing Centre’ (ICTC) to provideservices to all clients under one roof. The summer months are crucial for the poorvillagers when fodder and drinking water becomes scarce as they are monsoon dependent.
