This list —called a formulary — typically divides groupsof medications into tiers. Our plans with PartD have 6 tiers in 2021, ranging from preferredgeneric drugs to injectable Part D vaccines.The tier your medication is in determines yourportion of the drug cost.Make sure your refills are ready when youneed them.
