Preparing forRFMS in the CloudBefore you can access RFMS, the leading business management software for the flooringbusiness, there are a few steps you need to take in order to get set up for the cloud. Youwill need to fill out and send back the Isogent workbook and schedule your workstationset-up and cloud migration. Let us help walk you through what you will need and you willbe enjoying on-the-go access for RFMS in no time.RFMS CloudWorkbookFinding YourVersion of SQLOn page 2 of the RFMS CloudWorkbook, you need to provide whatversion of SQL Server you are currentlyrunning. While our example is shownin Microsoft SQL Server 2012, thisprocess will be similar in otherversions.First, open Microsoft SQL ServerManagement Studio. From the topnavigation bar, choose Help. The SQL versionnumber that you need to provide isthe Microsoft SQL Server ManagementStudio version.And that’s all you need to find yourversion of SQL.Getting to the RFMSSystem Information ScreenOn page 3 of the RFMS CloudWorkbook, we ask that you attach ascreenshot of the RFMS SystemInformation Screen with thecompleted workbook.To get to the RFMS SystemInformation Screen, you need to firstopen RFMS. While on the RFMS Order Entry screen,choose Utilities from the topnavigation bar and a dropdown willappear.From the dropdown select SystemInformation.This is the RFMS System InformationScreen. Finding YourWorkstation NameOn the last page of the RFMS CloudWorkbook, we ask that you provide theworkstation names of all computersthat will have RFMS software installedon them. This is just the name of thePC.To find the name of the computer,open File Explorer. From this screen,locate This PC in the left navigationpane. Right click This PC and chooseProperties from the dropdown.The System screen will appear. YourComputer Name can be found underthe Computer name, domain, andworkgroup settings group on thiswindow. This is what you will need toprovide for the workstation names inthe RFMS Cloud Workbook.Once you have completed the RFMS Cloud Workbook, send the workbook and the RFMSSystem Information Screen screenshot back to accounting@isogent.com.inquiry@isogent.com 214.790.7220 isogent.com/getting-started

Next StepsAfter completing and sending back the RFMS Cloud Workbook, the next steps are toschedule your workstation set-up with Isogent and your cloud migration with RFMS.
