RCM - Threaded Liquid FlowmeterThe RCM is a differential pressure directreading flowmeter. It is suitable formonitoring all liquids and gases that havelow or medium viscosity, low solidscontent, and are compatible with thematerials of construction. The meterfeatures rugged, compact construction. Inliquid applications of 6 GPM and higher,pulsation snubbers are incorporated intothe connecting pressure passages toproduce smooth meter operationindependent of pipeline turbulence.This meter was developed for industrialflow metering applications in whichdurability and reliability are importantconsiderations. Accuracy, small size, lowcost, minimal maintenance and resistanceto accidental damage are the prime goalsin the RCM design. Typical applicationsinclude: lube oil and cooling watermonitoring, blending processes, reverseosmosis systems, and compressed airmeasurement.The RCM is available with a 4–20 mAoutput for interfacing with remote displaysand controllers.
