The serial number plate is located on the LH(lefthand) inside of front area of boom. The serial number should berecorded on the Deliver and Registration form and also below foryour reference.

FILLING THE BUCKETApproach and enter the pile with a level bucket.Ease lever back and toward you to lift and rollback the bucket. The lift and rollback of the bucket will increase efficiency because a level bucket throughout the lifting cycleresists bucket lift and increases breakaway effort.Note: Do not be concerned if the bucket is not completely filled during each pass Maximum productivity isdetermined by the amount of material loaded in a given period of time.Time is lost if two or more attempts aremade to fill the bucket on each pass

LIFTING THE LOADERWARNINGDo not lift or carry anyone in the bucket or on anyother position of the loader or loader attachment.TOWING OPERATIONWARNINGNEVER use the Front end loader with TOWINGInadvertent movement of the loader or attachmentcould result in serious Injury or Death from falling orcrushing.CAUTIONMake sure material in bucket cannot rollout and downon tractor when bucket is raised to full height .Keepclear of overhead obstructions such as trees, limbs orpower lines when raising the bucket. When lifting the load, Keep the bucket positioned toavoid spillage.IMPORTANT: To prevent damage to Loader:

CARRYING THE LOADPosition the bucket just below the level of the tractorhood for maximum stability and visibility, whether thebucket is loaded or empty. When transporting the load, Keep the bucket aslow as possible to avoid tipping, in case a wheeldrops in a rut.You need to drive at a reduced speed, e.g 10 km/h max ,with a loaded attachmentUse extreme caution when operating the loader on aslope, Keep the bucket as low as possible ,this keeps thebucket and tractor center of gravity low and willprovide maximum tractor stability.DUMPING THE BUCKETLift the bucket high enough to clear the side of thevehicle.CAUTIONOperating the loader on a hillside is dangerous.Extreme care is recommended.Move the tractor in as close to the side of the vehicleas possible, then dump the bucket

LOWERING THE BUCKETAfter the bucket is dumped, back away from the vehiclewhile lowering and rolling back the bucketThe float will also prevent the mixing of surfacematerial with stockpile material. The float position willreduce the chance of surface gouging when removingsnow or other material.LOADING FROM A BANKOPERATING WITH FLOAT CONTROLDuring hard surface operation,Keep the bucket level andput the lift control in the float position to permit thebucket to float on the working surface. If hydraulic downpressure is exerted on the bucket,It will wear faster thannormal.Exercise caution when under cutting high Banks.Dirtslides can be dangerous.Load from as low as possiblefor maximum efficiency.Loader lift and breakawaycapacity diminish as loading height is increased

Side cutting is a good technique for cutting down a bigpileIf the pile sides are too high and liable to cause cave-in,Use the loader to break down the sides until a slot can becut over the top.Another method for large dirt piles is to build a rampapproach to the pile.It is important to keep the bucket level whenapproaching a bank or pile. This will help to preventgouging the work area

PEELING AND SCRAPINGUse a slight bucket angle, travel forward, and hold thelift control forward to start the cut.Make a short, angle cut approximately 6” deep and break outcleanly.Make additional passes until the desired depth isreached.During each pass, only use the bucket controlwhile at working depth. This will allow you toconcentrate on controlling the bucket angle tomaintain a precise cut. When leveling do not drivefaster than 10 km/h.In this process tilt theimplement a maximum of 45 .LOADING LOW TRUCKS OR SPREADERSFROM A PILEWith the bucket level, start a cut at the notchapproximately 2” deep.Hold the depth by feathering the bucket control toadjust the cutting lip up or down. When the front tiresenter the notch, adjust the lift to maintain properdepth. For faster loading, minimize the angle of turn andlength of run between pile and spreader

BACK FILLINGBackgrade occasionally with a loaded bucket to keepthe working surface free of ruts and holes.Hold thelift control forward in FLOAT POSITION so the fullweight of the bucket is scraping the ground.Use onlythe heel of the bucket while backgrading.IMPORTANT: To prevent damage to Cylinders:(1)Do not backgrade with bucket cylinders extended.(2)Always backgrade with valve in float position.Approach the pile with a flat bucketPoor methods actually move no more dirt and make itmore difficult to hold a level grade.Do not use the bucket in the dumped position forbulldozing or backgrading. This method, shownabove, will impose severe shock loadings on the dumplinkage, the bucket Cylinder, and the Tractor.Leave dirt in the bucket because dumping on eachpass wastes time.

Operate at right angles to the ditch,Take as big asthe tractor can handle without lugging down.Pile dirt on the high side for easier backfilling on a slopeHANDLE LARGE HEAVY OBJECTSWARNINGLeave dirt which drifts over the side of the bucket forfinal clean-upDo not Use front end loaders for handling large, heavyobjects such as large,Round or rectangular bales, logsand oil drums.Handling large heavy objects can be extremelydangerous due to: Possibility of rolling the tractor over. Possibility of upending the Tractor. Possibility of the object rolling or sliding down theloader arms onto the operator.

TRACTOR PREPARATIONRear CounterweightCaution-Add recommended rear tire liquid weight, rear wheel orrear ballast for increased stability.Caution-Do not exceed the manufacturer’s rating for maximumgross vehicle weight.-Refer to Operator’s Manual or ROPS serial plate providedwith tractor.-The use of adequate counterweight to counter balance formaximum loader capacity is required for safe loaderoperation.-Weight added to rear of the tractor provides better tractionand easier, more efficient loader operation, The tractorcan be counter weighted by filling rear tires with liquidcalcium solution and/or by the installation of rear wheelweights.-Additional counterweight requirements will vary withloader attachments and equipment applications.-Additional weight can be added by installation of ThreePoint Hitch mounted ballast.CautionThe tractor/loader must only be operated with all safetyequipment properly installed.TRACTOR TIRES-Selection of tires(size, profile, tread type) should berestricted to tire recommendations as specified by RKTire Inflation-Front tires must be maintained at the maximumrecommended inflation to Maintain normal tire profilewith the added weight of loader/material.-Rear tires must be maintained at equal pressure withinthe recommended tire inflation range.-Unequal rear tire inflation can prevent loader attachmentfrom contacting the ground across its full width.

Caution-Certain specific conditions may not permit safe use ofloader at loader rating or may require more carefulrestricted operation at the rated load.-Refer to Tractor Operator’s Manual for specificrecommendations on counterweight tractor.ROPS System-The tractor must be equipped with an approved ROPSSystem to ensure adequate operator’s protection.Tractor Hydraulic System-Tractor operation in a loader application significantlyincrease demands on the tractor Hydraulic System.-Check the tractor Hydraulic system fluid level daily.-Refer to your tractor Operator’s Manual maintenancesection for instructions regarding tractor hydraulicsystem maintenance.-Adhere to recommendation in your Tractor Operator’sManual concerning hydraulic fluid and filterspecifications, and change intervals.Wheel Tread Settings-Tractor front wheel tread setting must be restricted towheel tread spacing recommended in the tractorOperator’s Manual.Front Counterweight-Use of front counterweight is not recommended whentractor is being used in a loader application.Front counterweight adds unnecessary front axle load inloader applications.

LOADER OPERATIONCautionThe tractor/loader should only be operated with all safetyequipment properly installed.Precautionary NotesDo not lower the edge of the bucket too low for loading.Keep the bottom of the bucket level with the ground whenloading.ImportantDo not use the bucket for pushing down material withbucket cylinders partially extended.Damage to the cylinders may result.ImportantDo not tip bucket cutting edge down(fully extended bucketcylinders) during backfilling/back grading operations.Important-Operation with front tractor wheels off the ground is notrecommended.-Position vehicle to be loaded as near the pile as possibleand in such a direction as to minimize the amount oftractor turning required to dump.-Do not lower the loader with the tractor engine shut off.-Keep the unit clean and perform regular service. Observesafety messages-whenever cleaning, servicing, or lubricating. We urge you to follow this advice:1.Read and understand this manual as well as the TractorOperator’s Manual.2.Remember and observe the Safety Precautions brought toyour attention in this manual, the tractor manual and onthe machinery itself.3.Use good common sense in the everyday operation of thisunit. Safety recommendations can never be all-inclusiveand you are responsible for watching out for and avoidingunsafe conditions.4.Never exceed the limits of a piece of machinery. If itsability to do a job or to do so safely is in question, don’ttry it.5. Don’t hurry the learning process or hake the unit forgranted. Ease into it and become familiar with your newloader and tractor.

CautionWhen lowering a heavy load, ease it downward slowly.Never drop a loaded attachment and “catch ithydraulically” Stopping a load after it has gaineddownward momentum places undue strain on the unit andmay cause unnecessary damage to the loader or tractor orEven worse, personal injury.CautionBefore disconnecting hydraulic lines, relieve allhydraulic pressure.Escaping hydraulic oil under pressure can have sufficientforce to penetrate the skin causing serious personal injury. If injured by escaping hydraulic oil, seek medicalAttention immediately.CautionDo not operate the loader if the fittings are leaking or ifthe hoses are damaged.A sudden line burst would cause the mainframe to dropsuddenly, causing damage to the tractor or loader orinjury to personnel.Initial Loader OperationBefore operating the loader fully raise and lower the boomtwo or three time. Then raise the bucket approximatelyfour(4) feet above the ground and cycle the bucket to theground.Check the tractor hydraulic oil and the correct oil level.CautionBefore leaving the machine, stop the engine, remove the key, place all controls in neutral, and either set the parking brakeor place tractor in park as equipped.Always keep cylinders in a retracted position when the loaderis not in use to guard against rust and contamination whichmay cause damage to the cylinder rods or hydraulic system.Cold Weather OperationFor smooth operation in cold weather, let the tractor warm up.Slowly cycle the lift and bucket cylinders several times towarm the oil in the hydraulic system. The loader mayoperate erratically until the hydraulic oil has warmed tooperating temperatures.

LOADER OPERATIONCautionOperate controls only when seated in the operator’s seatLoading BucketFor the most efficient loading, slowly drive the tractorstraight into the material to be loaded and increase speedonly after contact has been made. Roll the attachment backa small amount and slowly lift to break away the material. As the load increase, continue rolling the attachment backso as to get the maximum load.Remove the top levels first when loading from large pilesof material When bucket is full, raise loader so the bucketis clear of material and slowly back out of the pile.Dumping BucketWhen in the dump area slowly drive the tractor forwardand raise the loader at the same time.Raise the loader to the height needed to dump the bucket.Make sure to keep a level bucket position to preventspilling from the bucket. Dump the bucket, and keep allmovements smooth.Transporting a Loaded BucketTransport material with the bucket as low as possible toprevent spilling and keep maximum stability. The loadermust be in a position that will not block the operators’vision. a loaded Bucket must not be transported in theupright position or at excessive speed.Observe the following safety warning when transporting aloaded bucket.CautionWhen using a loader, be aware of bucket location at alltimes. When raising a loader with bucket rolled back, material candump onto tractor causing damage to tractor of injury tooperator.CautionContact with overhead power lines can cause severeelectrical burns or death from electrocution.Make sure there is clearance between raised equipment andover head power lines.CautionStop the loader arms gradually when lowering or lifting.

CautionBackfilling/Back gradingA loaded Bucket should be transported in a low position atWhen “Backfilling” of “Back grading”, position thebucket so it is level on the ground.low ground speeds.Make turns slowly and use the tractor brakes cautiously.A full bucket in the raised position alters the center ofgravity location of the machine and increases thepossibility of accidents.CautionDo not stand, walk or work under a raised loader unless itis securely blocked or held in position.Accidental movement of a control lever or leak inhydraulic system could cause the loader to drop, orattachment to dump, resulting in serious injury or death.ScrapingWhen scraping, the Boom lever must be used to keep thebucket on the ground horizontally. The bucket must be kept level to the ground duringscraping operations.Do not dump material from bucket following each pass.As additional weight of material inbucket will assist in “Back grading” and increases loaderefficiency during “ backfilling”Controlled Rate of Loader FunctionsBy “feathering” the control lever, reduced operationalspeeds can be controlled. This action controls the position of the valve spool in thevalve body and regulates flow of oil to/from cylinders. It is important to utilize this operational practice whenlowering loader boom when the bucket is loaded withmaterial.

LOADER OPERATIONLoader Hydraulic ControlsFLOATLOWERROLLBACKNRAISEThe single lever and joystick control lever is mounts on the tractor from the factory. The control lever has the safety lock function.Lock the control level when leaving the tractor while the Bucket is in the air.The loader hydraulic valve lift Cylinder circuit incorporates a “FLOAT” positionwhich allows the loader bucket to follow ground contours. The “FLOAT” position isengaged by shifting the control lever forward into “Detent” until the operator pulls thecontrol lever out of the “Detent” position.Refer to “Scraping” operation for recommended use of “FLOAT” position. The control valve has a neutral position that prevents movement of loader or bucket. When the control valve is released from the work position, the spool will return to neural.Important :Contaminates in hydraulic oil can cause valve spools to stick. Be alert when operatingloader and follow your Tractor Operator’s Manual maintenance schedule.DUMP

LOADER REMOVALCautionNever park loader without bucket attached the loader.CautionPINNever allow weight of tractor to be put on parking leg whenremoving loaderSTEP 1.Park the tractor and loader on hard level surface.STEP 2.Raise the boom until the bucket is about 2 feet off the ground.STEP 3.Set the parking legs with pivot pin and keeper.STEP 4.Lower the boom until the parking legs make contact on the ground.Tip the bucket until the bucket cutting edge touch the ground.STEP 7.Move the tractor rearward slowly and stop to avoid the Hydraulichoses being tighten.STEP 8.STANDSTEP 5.Remove the latch pin while move the control lever back and forthSlightly to make the latch pin easy.STEP 6.Pull the control lever to raise the loader until the post.Adjust the bucket until the bottom surface of bucket touch the ground.Right several times to reduce the hydraulic pressure in the Hoses.STEP 9. Disconnect the quick couplers on the hydraulic hoses.

LOADER MOUNTINGCautionNever allow weight of tractor to be put on parking whenmounting loader.PINSTEP 4.STEP 1.Carefully drive the tractor into the loader to a position where theHydraulic hoses (Quick coupler) can be connected to the control Valveblock.STEP 2.Stop the engine and move the control lever back and forth, Left and rightseveral times to reduce the pressure in the hydraulic Hoses.Move the tractor forward to put into the inner mounting frame.Stop the tractor When the hook is right over the pin.Lower the inner mounting frame with moving the boom and bucketuntil it hooked securely each otherSTEP 5.Connect the hydraulic couplers match the color code rings.Align the latch pin holes with moving the bucket and boom. insert thelatch pins.STEP 3.Rubber hammer can be used to put the pin in if needed.Start the engine and move the boom and bucket to adjust the height of thepost
