DescriptionCrane girdersThe steel superstructure is specified to DIN 15018, hoisting class H2, loading groupB3 for indoor operations (other classifications on request). The crane girder and theend carriages, of welded box-section design, are connected by high-tensile HVscrews. The end carriage consists of the welded box structure, the driven wheel block withgeared motor and the non-driven wheel block. The travel wheel is made of wearresistant spheroidal graphite cast iron (minimum tensile strength 700 N/mm²). The disk brake integrated in the motor is spring-actuated and features electro-magnetic release. Power supply to the crabTransmission of power and control commands from the electrical equipment enclosure of the crane to the crab is via a trailing cable system featuring highly flexibleflat cables with KBK 25 (KBK 25 profile girder section).A protective earth conductor is always installed. In accordance with the VDE regulations, a crane switch is provided.All motions of the crane are controlled via an integrated CAN BUS system.
