On the basis of IQAC meeting the student feedback on teachers’ was done by invitingfeedback from students having 75% of attendance and above .Total feedback was collectedfrom 2351 (Two Thousand Three Hundred Fifty One ) students. ALUMNI FEEDBACK ON INSTITUTIONAlumni meeting were held on 24-04-2018 at 4.00pm under thechairmanship of Dr. Prasanna Kumar MohantyPrincipal, B.J.BAutonomous College. Twenty five alumni were present in that meet.Their feedback was analysed qualitatively which are presented below.The alumni of the College feel proud to be identified as old student of theCollege and are ever eager to visit their alma mater not only to reminisce ashared past but to share their ideas regarding the development of theinstitution. Many of them have viewed that the educational environment ofthe College has been vitiated by student union election and petty politics.Some have suggested for alumni meeting at least twice a year to consolidatetheir plans and take stock of their contribution. There should be imparting ofeducation a new discipline and introduction of PG courses. It is high timeaccording to majority of them that the College was declared a University.The Public perception about the institution is quite high. But many haveregretted the fact that there is no provision for a professor post in anydepartment and the image of the institution have been perpetuated as anundergraduate college.vii

Feedback of nearly 2537 students was analysed on the basis of their responsesfollowing results are obtained on fourteen different dimensions.xi
