The Bidder who have downloaded the tender document containing the tender details and termsand conditions from the website shall submit their tenders on specified 'Tender Box' at the office of theundersigned with proof of payment of non-refundable tender fee Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) foreach tender, through demand draft/Banker Cheque drawn in favour of Mission Director, Axom SarbaShiksha Abhiyan Mission, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19 from Nationalize Bank and payable at Guwahati. The price of item will inclusive of all applicable taxesagainst each item.(7) Bid Currencies:Prices shall be quoted in Indian Rupees.(8) Terms & Conditions:1. The Firm must be authorized dealer/distributer of reputed manufacturing companies.2. The Tenderer shall have to submit up to date Income Tax & Sales Tax clearance certificate alongwith the tender for last 3 financial years. For 2019-20 certificate of Chartered Accountant issufficient.3. Annual turnover of the firm should not be less than 10 lacs in each of the last three years as perAudited Balance Sheet, i.e. 2017-18, 2018-19, and 2019-20. For the year 2019-20 certificate ofChartered Accountant may be produced.4. The Tenderer must have reputed outlets/showrooms in Guwahati to see and verify bequality of products in ready stock.5. The Tenderershall have to submit documentary evidence of successful supplyof Computer Consumables in Govt. Departments/Autonomous bodies for minimum Rs. 2.00(two) lacs under single order for similar materials in last three years i.e. 2017-18, 2018-19, and2019-20.7. The Tenderer shall have to submit necessary catalogue [latest] along with the tender document.8. The materials to be supplied should be as per specification.9. The Tenderer shall to deposit an amount of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) as earnestmoney only in the form of Bank Draft in favour of Mission Director, Axom Sarba ShikshaAbhiyan Mission, Assam.10. The selected Tenderer shall have to supply the materials within 5 days from the date of theorder failing which the earnest money deposited will be forfeited.13. In case of any damage/defect of the supplied materials is found at the time of supply, thesame will have to be replaced immediately.14. The rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes i.e. transportation charges, insurance coverand other cost.15. In case of revision of statutory levies/taxes during the finalization period of the tender, thePurchaser reserves the right to ask for reduction in the prices.16. The authority reserves the right to cancel any tender without prior information.17. There will be technical committee, which may visit the place for onsite verification of theitems to be procured and also to assess the stock capacity.18. The supplier warrants the goods supplied under this contract are new, unused of the mostrecent or current models and incorporate. All recent improvements in design and materialswill be same unless provided otherwise in the contract. The supplier further warrants thatgoods supplied under this contract shall have no defect arising from design, materials orworkmanship (except insofar as the design or materials is required by the purchaser'sspecifications) or from any act of omission of the supplier that may develop under normaluse of the supplied goods in conditions obtaining in the country of final destination.2. The warranty shall remain valid for 12 months after the goods have been delivered,commissioned and accepted at the final destination indicated in the contract or 16 monthsfrom the date of receipt of goods whichever period concludes earlier.3. The purchaser shall promptly notify the supplier in writing of any claims arising under thiswarranty.4. Upon receipt of such notice, the supplier shall, with all reasonable speed, repair of replacethe defective goods or parts thereof, without cost to the purchaser.5. If the supplier, having been notified, fails to remedy the defect(s) within a reasonableperiod, the purchaser may proceed to take such remedial action as may be necessary, at thesupplier's risk and expense and without prejudice to any rights which the purchaser may haveagainst the supplier under the contract.(11) SUBMISSION OF BIDSBids are to be submitted on-line in two bid form comprising of a) Technical Bid and b)Financial Bid. Each of the bid documents is to be properly sealed. Bid Submission:1.1 The technical bid will be opened on the same day i.e.12.10.2020 at 15.30 Hrs in the presence ofbidders or their authorized representatives who may like to be present. The date of opening offinancial bids will be intimated later.1.2 The tender form consists of the following documents. i.e.i)Instructions to bidders and Terms & Conditions.ii) Technical part.iii) Financial part.The offers are to be submitted in Two Bid system i.e., Technical Bid and Financial Bid. The Technical Bidconsists of all the technical specifications including brand name, warranty period etc. The Technical Bidshall be submitted in sealed cover (Marked Envelope – I) super-scribing as “Technical Bid affixing courtfee stamp for Computer related consumable & peripheral”. The envelope shall contain the addressee’sdetails and details of the bidder also.2. The price bid shall contain only financial details i.e., rate, tax, installation etc. charges and otherfinancial implications. The Financial Bids will be placed in the Envelope - II and super scribed withaddressee and bidders details. All the three envelopes (envelope – III containing EMD amount and Costof tender fee) will be placed in a fourth envelope (Envelope – IV) and sealed and submitted to theMission Director, Axom Sarba Siksha Abhijan Mission, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-781019. Theenvelope must be superscribed with “Bids for Computer related Consumable & peripheral”.3.
