Nelson Peters made a motion to Approve. Therese Brown seconded the motion.Motion Passed: 3 - 01.b Consider approval of Change Order #1 for Coliseum Parking Lot LED LightingReplacement Project by MSKTD and Kissinger Electric, for a reduction of 182.15.Memorial Coliseum Executive Director Randy Brown presented a request for a changeorder to the Coliseum parking lot LED lighting replacement project in the net amount of 182.15.Therese Brown made a motion to Approve. F. Nelson Peters seconded the motion.Motion Passed: 3 - 01.c Consider approval of Project Completion and release of contingency allowance forColiseum parking lot LED lighting upgrade, with a total cost savings of 32,261.Randy Brown, executive director of the Memorial Coliseum, presented final expensesand project completion paperwork on the parking park lighting LED replacement

project, which yielded a 32,261 net savings on the 368,000 project budget.Overall, Brown said he was very pleased with the work done by Kissinger Electric,Shambaugh & Son, and MSKTD & Associates.F. 3.Other Business:3.a Consideration of carryover of unused FFCRA Emergency Paid Sick Leave into 2021Allen County Human Resources Director Charity Murphy was present to request anextension of the continuation of the FFCRA employee leave policy. This would allowany employee to use up to ten (10) sick days for COVID absence, quarantine, or tocare for a family member under those restrictions through June 30, 2021. It wasexplained that the federal policy expired December 31, 2020, but local entities werepermitted to extend the leave at their discretion.F. Nelson Peters made a motion to Approve. Therese Brown seconded the motion.Motion Passed: 3 - 04.Approval to waive the 2nd Reading on any matter approved today and for which it maybe deemed necessary for today's Legislative Session.Therese Brown made a motion to Approve.
