General System Requirement StatementClause 4.4 requires that we establish,implement, maintain and improve oursystem in accordance with therequirements specified in ISO 45001.Recommendation: Document and map allsystem processes, their inputs and outputs,and references to related processes, evenwhen that documentation is not requiredby the standard.15
