What is Resilience?Resilience is the ability to keep goingwhen things don’t go as we expect, andto have a way of thinking about andtalking about our feelings.Having resilience means we can facethe ups and downs of change and takeon the challenge of transitions.Resilience helps us get to where wewant to go and overcome obstacles onthe way.Failing helps us to learn what doesn’twork.
