If it feelsuncomfortable, turn the unit off and allow it to cool before continuing. Anotheroption is to place a towel or another layer of clothing under the Hand Paddle.Turn the unit off and unplug the wall adaptor when not in use.SUMMARY OF LIGHTS:GREEN: Indicates the unit is on and the pulse is building.RED: Indicates the pulse is being released.YELLOW: Indicates the Sound option is on.HOW TO USE the MAGNETICPULSER1. Insert the power plug from the AC-DCwall adaptor into the unit and plug theadaptor into an electrical outlet.2. Push the ON/OFF button. All the lightswill flash in sequence to indicate the unitis ready for use.The green lights indicate the pulseis building. The red light will flasheach time the Pulsed Magnetic Fieldis releasedfrom theHand Paddle. A click may or may not be heard asthe pulse is released.3. When a cycle finishes (after 255 pulses approx. 20 - 30 minutes) the unit will beep.To continue with another cycle, push the ON/OFF button within 20 seconds ofthe beep. The unit turns itself off if the ON/OFF button is not pushed within thistime.7. To turn the unit off before the end of a cycle, pushthe ON/OFF button.How It Should FeelMost individuals will not feel any sensation whileusing the Magnetic Pulser.Typical UseLength of session: Daily use varies from 20 minutesto two hours or more. It is best to build up the lengthof time slowly.Length of use: Pulsed Magnetic Fields are mosteffective if applied daily or twice daily.
