Keep in mind that, as a government contractor, theregulations that govern us can be complex.Reporting. Raytheon is required to report certain suspected violations of law toappropriate enforcement officials. Therefore, it’s important for employees andmanagers to promptly report suspected violations of our Code or any laws orregulations.Consequences. Failing to comply with government regulations can result in significantfines, suspension, or debarment from government contracts, as well as seriousreputational harm.Getting help. Whenever you have questions about the legal requirements that mayaffect you, or if you need to report a possible violation, contact Legal or the EthicsOffice for assistance.Maintain our Financial IntegrityMany companies have gotten into serious trouble for false financial reporting. Misstatingfinancial results or incorrectly describing transactions may be forms of fraud and canlead to serious criminal penalties.
