Dear Trainers, Competitors, and All Horse Enthusiasts,Angelstone Tournaments and Endless Journey Farm are very excited to host three South SilverSeries Horse Shows each for the 2020 season. We are ecstatic with the buzz on social media andthe pre-sales of the season passes. Shows at both venues are managed in the interest ofpromoting and improving the quality of horse showing for all ages and levels of competitors. Byfostering a pleasant learning environment, riders are able to expand their knowledge and skills atsafe top-quality riding facilities. The goal of the Silver Series Shows is to provide horse shows thatalign with national and international standards encouraging healthy competition. SILVER CIRCUIT CHAMPIONSHIPHORSE PILOT JACKETSSilver Circuit Championship 'Horse Pilot' Jackets will be awarded to the winners during the playoffs from the followingSilver Event Divisions (see list below). The top 12 riders from each zone, totaling 24, will qualify for the playoffs byaccumulating the most points from the 24 Silver event divisions (see list below). Horses must compete (from both venues)in the same division to be eligible. Points will be assigned by horse. All RIDERS and OWNERS must becurrent members in good standing before the first horse show for points to apply and remain in good standingall year long.All Junior riders must provide a copy of his/her birth certificate prior to competing at the first show.Amateur riders must have a valid “Amateur Status” designation (as shown on the EC membership card).Horses/ponies must have a valid EC recording number and valid sport license for all divisions except the FlatDivision, Crossrail Hunters/Jumpers, 0.6m, 0.8m, and Puddle Hunters. Ponies will need a permanentmeasurement card. Any competitors arriving at the show without a valid horse recording number ormemberships MUST purchase a temporary license and/or Recording number.Horse/rider combinations may enter any TWO divisions per day not including any Specialty classes, medals orthe Flat division.The top twelve from each division will be eligible to compete at Championships.Derby and Grand Prix classes: Top 25 per zone will be eligible to compete at Championships.Completed championship entries must be provided to the show by September 27th, 2020:online www.howgroundslive.com, or by email office@angelstone.ca or fax (888)880-2425

Rules and Regulations: AdministrationSuspension of events: In the event EC and or OE do not allow sanctioned events to take place in 2020,all season passes will be rolled forward to the 2021 season. There will be no refunds.Entries are to be completed online at www.showmate.net for Endless Journey Farm and atwww.showgroundslive.com for Angelstone Tournaments.Entries due 30 days before the horse show to avoid a post entry fee.STALL FEES and SEASON PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE after booked.Stabling is limited and must be arranged directly with the individual show facility. Season Pass holders willhave secure stabling spaces. Stable request forms MUST be sent into endlessjourneyhorseshows@gmail.com30 days before the show. Online stall requests WILL NOT be considered received without the Endless JourneyFarm Stable Request Form, which is the final page of this document. Also available online atwww.endlessjourneyfarm.com. Stable request forms MUST be sent into office@angelstone.ca 30 days beforethe show. Online stall requests WILL NOT be considered received without the Angelstone Stable RequestForm, which is online and available for download.Camper spaces for Angelstone Tournaments and Championships can be booked from the online portal.Spaces limited.Entry and administration fees will be returned ONLY if the show office receives the cancellation in writing within24 hours of the class with proper medical documentation (vet scratch). However, a 70.00 scratch fee will becharged. Stalls are non-refundable – there are no exceptions. A competitor that does not show and does notprovide the required medical documentation (a veterinary certificate or doctor’s note) will be charged fullentries and will be required to pay the Administration fee and stall fee. All unpaid fees will be considered anoutstanding account until paid in full. Once a horse has entered the show grounds, refunds will not be grantedunless authorized by the show committee.All horses attending Equestrian Canada sanctioned competitions must have met the requirements of ArticleA519, Vaccinations.
