Thank you for yourunderstanding.BASIC FUNCTION: The incumbent manages the EducationUSA library andprovides customer service, including leading group advising sessions.Maintains and prepares annual book and software order lists forEducationUSA at multiple locations across Bangladesh. Assists clients infinding research and study materials, and maintains extensive computerbased test preparation software. Provides clients with general information oneducational advising and prepares comprehensive monthly center usagestatistics. Organizes and updates EducationUSA study materials in librarydatabase software. Serves as EducationUSA’s cashier and collects all servicefees, and assists Student Adviser and Outreach Coordinator in all aspects ofGrant management. Assists the entire section as and when necessary.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREDApplicants must address each required qualification listed below withspecific information supporting each item. Education: Four years Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Library Science, Information Science, Management, or Social Science isrequired. A MOHis an individual who meets the following criteria:(1) Not an EFM and therefore not on the travel orders or approved through form OF-126Foreign Service Residence and Dependency Report of the sponsoring employee; and(2) Officially declared by the sponsoring U.S. Government employee to the Chief of Mission(COM) as part of his or her household and approved by the COM; and(3) Is a parent, grandparent, grandchild, unmarried partner, adult child, foreign born child in theprocess of being adopted, father, mother, brother, sister, father-in-law, mother-in-law, sonin-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, stepfather, stepmother, stepson,stepdaughter, stepbrother, stepsister, half-brother, or half-sister who falls outside theDepartment’s current definition of Eligible Family Member 14 FAM 511.3.
