You will improve your life skills and can prepare to enter a high school completion program such as GED preparation classes. You must apply in person at least 6 weeks prior to thedesired test dates. Be sure to bring a photo ID. Applicants whoare 21 years of age or older and not a veteran must pay aninitial fee of 13 to take the test. The fee to retake or reapply forthe test is also 13. These fees include the cost of the diploma.Applicants under the age of 21 and veterans who have servedat least 181 days of active duty at the time of registration areexempt from fees. All fees are non-refundable and must bepaid at the time of registration.
