2014 Neighborhood Impact Report

We are passionate about helping people one neighborhood at a time.TO OUR NEIGHBORS:Dunkin’ Brands is passionate abouthelping people – one neighborhood ata time. We’re a global company, yet weremain rooted in the belief that charitablegiving begins at home, in the communities,es,cities and towns in which we operate.DunkinÔ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins franchisees around the world generously support theircommunities through sponsorships, product donations and volunteerism. This tradition of "givingback" is an inherent part of the culture at both DunkinÔ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. As evidenceof that, from 2011 through 2014, in the U.S. alone, our franchisees donated more than 20 millionto non-profit groups. Additionally, our franchisees in the U.S., along with DunkinÔ Brands, Inc., ouremployees, restaurant crew members, vendors and customers, have joined together to supportnon-profit organizations through The DunkinÔ Donuts & Baskin-Robbins Community Foundation(DDBRCF).Since its formation in 2006, The DDBRCF has awarded 8 million in grants to local charities in theUnited States, and this past year was a record-breaking one for our Foundation. In addition toraising an unprecedented 3.2 million in 2014, we launched our first national in-store fundraiserand hosted a National Week of Service, which engaged nearly 1,500 employees, franchisees andcrew members in volunteer events at 50 food banks across the country. The DDBRCF also madea 1 million, three-year grant — the single largest gift in our history as a Foundation — to FeedingAmerica to help combat childhood hunger in this country. The pace of our progress as a Foundation speaks to the remarkable partnership of our franchisees, the corporation, employees, restaurant crew members, vendors and guests. By working together,we have been able to contribute to numerous non-profit organizations across the country, and welook forward to increasing these contributions in the future. Our 2014 Neighborhood Action Report highlights both the work of The DunkinÔ Donuts BaskinRobbins Community Foundation as well as the work by individual franchisees to support thecommunities we serve.Sincerely,Nigel TravisChairman and CEO, DunkinÔ Brands, Inc.1ǡ
