Notice of the Board meetingdates, time and location is advertised to the public. The meetings are open tothe public, and members of the public may address the Board in accordancewith procedures adopted by the Board as follows: Public participants wishing toaddress the Board may contact the Board Secretary, by phone or e-mail, up to4:00 p.m. on the day of the public meeting or sign the Request To Speak form upto 6:55 p.m., located on the sign-in table in the meeting room. Those who contactthe Board Secretary will be requested to share the topic of his/her remarks, as itis possible that some issues can be resolved through administrative action prior tothe Board meeting. However, this is not required. Meetings are scheduled to beginat 7:00 p.m. and are held in the Lecture Hall unless there is a public notice of a timeand location change. All public participants will be required as they sign-in to providetheir name, address, and statement of agenda item they would like to discuss.
