Check for damaged ormisaligned parts before using thesplitter. Do not use the splitter ifit is damaged and have itserviced before use.Keep both hands away fromedge plate during use. Wedgecan cut through sin and breakbones.Wear safety glasses to avoid eyeinjury from pieces of log that mayfly out while splitting.High pressure fluid can injectunder skin resulting in seriousinjury. Make sure all fittings aretight before applying pressure.Relieve system pressure beforeservicing. Do not check for leakswith hand. Use a piece ofcardboard to check for leaks. Ifskin injection occurs, seekimmediate treatment.Serious injury or death can occurif splitter is improperly towed.Do not ride or transport cargo onthe splitter. Drive with the splittersecurely attached. Turn off thevehicle before leaving the splitterunattended. Choose a levelsurface to operate the splitterand block the wheels to preventrolling.Position muffler at least 7 feetaway from combustible objects.Stop the engine before addingfuel and keep heat, sparks andflames away.feedback@natitools.comDo not add fuel while the engineis still running or hot.Use an approved container toadd fuel to the splitter. Keep handsaway from wedge and beamslide.ASSEMBLY1) Attach the rolling wheel on thesupporting shaft by inserting thewheels into the shaft and block itusing the washer and fasten itwith a lock nut.2) Assemble the supporting legon the machine body by usingthe two bolts and washers.3) Use the bolts to fasten thesafety guard onto the supportingbracket to protect the controllever.4) Turn the rubber knob onto thecontrol lever for comfortableoperation.OPERATIONWARNING: Before operation,ensure the bleed screw isloosened slightly so air can2release and enter from thetank smoothly. Air flowthrough the screw holeshould be detectable whilethe log splitter is operating.Failure to loosen the bleedscrew can cause the seals ofthe hydraulic system to blowout and cause permanentdamage to the log splitter.Before moving the splitter,ensure the screw is tightenedto avoid oil from leaking fromthe screw.The maximum pressuresetting for the lititing screwwas set by the manufacturer.Unauthorized resetting willcause the hydraulic pump tofail and can cause seriousdamage and/or injury to theoperator as well as the logsplitter.This log splitter is equippedwith a control system thatrequires the user to operatethe log splitter with twohands. The log splitter willfreeze if both controls are notoperated at the same time.Do not attempt to run this logsplitter for more than 5seconds at a time; the logsplitter could becomedamaged if done so. Instead,rotate the log 90 degrees tosee if the log can be split bypositioning it in a differentdirection.Always place the logs firmlyon the log retaining platesand

Be aware of theadded length of the attachedmachine.Do not attempt to split two logsat the same time.OPERATINGINSTRUCTIONS1) Load a log onto the beam andagainst the endplate.2) Make sure hands are clear ofthe splitter.3) Push control valve handleforward by one hand to split log.Replace the hydraulic oil after 150hours of use.1) Ensure all moving parts arestopped and the splitter isunplugged.2) Unscrew the oil drain dipstick toremove it.3) Place a container on theground and turn the log splitterover its motor side to drain the oil.Return to its proper position afterthe oil has drained.4) Refill the splitter with fresh oil.4) Push control valve handlebackward by one hand to returnwedge to original position.5) Clean the dipstick of oil andplace it back into the tank.5) Clear split wood from workarea.6) Ensure the level of oil isbetween the two grooves on thedipstick.Clearing jams1) Release both controls.2) After the log pusher movesback and completely stops,insert a wedge of wood underthe jammed log.3) Start the log splitter to pushthe wedge of wood under thejammed log.4) Repeat with sharper slopewedges of wood until the log iscompletely free.feedback@natitools.com7) Re-screw the drain bolt, ensureit is tightened to avoid leakage.WARNINGTOWING HAZARDSerious injury may accur if thismachine rolls out of control or tips1)Speed limit.
