Universal Principle Two:The Law of Perpetual TransmutationThis law explains that everything in the universe that we can see, hear, smell, taste, ortouch, together with our emotions, is the manifestation of energy in various levels ofvibration. The universe as a whole, and in its parts, has its existence in an ocean of motion.Motion is the only thing that is constant. Change is energy’s only attribute; and becauseof it, comes all that is apparent to our material senses. Energy is in a constant state oftransmission and transmutation. It is the cause and effect of itself and can be neithercreated nor destroyed. The Law Of Perpetual Transmutation decrees that energy movesinto physical form, and thoughts are energy. Therefore, any idea that is held in the mindand properly nourished must move into its physical or financial counterpart. Universal Principle Three:The Law of RelativityIn the study of this law, we find that all things are relative. All laws are related to eachother and correspond with each other. The laws of the little are the laws of the great.There is no big nor small, fast nor slow, except by comparison.Every law that is a law must be relative to all other laws. In other words, they must be inharmony, agreement and correspond with each other. An understanding of this law willgive one the means of solving many of the secrets of Nature that seem paradoxical. Themuch discussed fourth dimension is nothing more nor less than the dimension of vibration.Again, all rates of vibration are either high or low, only by comparison with those above orbelow them.Whenever this law is properly used, you win. Let’s remember that everyone doessomething better than you and, likewise, you do something better than every person youmeet. When you relate something you do that you are not proficient at, to somethinganother person does that they have mastered, you will not look good. You are using thelaw against yourself. Universal Principle Four:The Law of Polarity Everything has an opposite: Hot—Cold . Up—Down . Good—Bad. Step into your power by realizing and applying the Law Of Polarity. When youcan use your mental faculty—perception—to see both sides of a person, situationor circumstance, you will be empowered and inspired. Nothing—no thing—hasmeaning until we assign it a label (i.e., good/bad, right/wrong, positive/negative).Applying the Law Of Polarity will help you move forward in the direction of yourdreams, because you will realize that everything in your life “just is” and it is yourchoices, not your circumstances, that will create the life you so desire.Everything in the universe has its opposite. Universal Principle Five:The Law of RhythmWhen you are on a down swing, do not feel bad. Know the swing will change and thingswill get better. There are good times coming—think of them.The Law of Rhythm embodies the truth that everything is moving to and fro, flowing in andout, swinging backward and forward. There is a high and a low tide. Everything is flowing,both in and out, in accordance with this law. There is always a reaction to every action.Something must advance when anything retreats; something must rise when anythingsinks. Universal Principle Six:The Law of Cause and EffectWhatever you send into the Universe comes back. Action—re-action are equal andopposite. Therefore, say good things to everyone. Treat everyone with total respect and itwill all come back. Never worry about what you are going to get, just concentrate on whatyou can give.Every cause has its effect; every effect, its cause. Universal Principle Seven:The Law of Gender“Every seed has a gestation or incubation period. Ideas are spiritual seeds and will moveinto form or physical results. Your goals will manifest when the time is right. Know theywill.” Bob ProctorThe Law of Gender manifests in ALL things as masculine and feminine. It is this law thatgoverns what we know as creation. All new things merely result from the changing ofsomething that was, into something else that now is — caterpillar into a butterfly or athought into physical reality.This is, in truth, the Creative Law. This Law decrees that everything in nature is bothmale and female. Both are required for life to exist. The Law of Gender manifests in theanimal kingdom as sex. It also manifests in the mineral and vegetable kingdoms. Withoutthe dual principle of male and female in all things, there could not be a difference ofpotential, perpetuation of motion, nor regeneration. This Law is the one which finally closesthe cycle and completes the circle of the Seven Subsidiary Laws under the One Great Law.Consciousness, or thought, is the masculine energy, whereas the life force that brings formto the thought in physical reality is the feminine energy. Together, one experiences boththe masculine and feminine energy, which is known as the creative process.The Law of Gender also decrees that all seeds (ideas are spiritual seeds) have a gestationor incubation period before they manifest. In other words, when you choose a goal orbuild the image in your mind, a definite period of time must elapse before that imagemanifests in physical results. Now, for anything to grow, it requires energy. Plants requiresolar energy, for example.Our thoughts and ideas thrive on the energy we give them. In fact, there is one way toshorten the incubation period needed for an idea to manifest into physical form — throughconcentration. Exercise 1: Write a full description of one of your goals. Write out what you want toaccomplish — this month, this year — you pick the timeframe.Exercise 2: Concentrate on your goal and its every aspect. Exercise 3: Now, increase your concentration on the various elements or steps that willbring your goal into reality. List those elements or steps. Allow the picture in your mind tobe even more vivid and colorful than before.Exercise 4: Strategize as to what you can do this hour, in the next six hours, in the nextday, week, month, etc. to make your goal happen.
