All necessary documentation must be presented for checking at allrounds when signing-on.1.4: REGISTRATION:1. All drivers who are deemed suitable to compete in the F1000Championship will be invited to do so by the Championship Organiser.Any driver wishing to compete in the Championship must submit adriver registration and pay the full registration feeOn receipt of a completed registration form and fee, the organisers willissue confirmation of your invitation to compete in the 2021Championship.Should you not be deemed suitable to compete in the F1000Championship the registration fee will be returned to you in full.Only invited drivers will be allowed to race.Should the driver change cars during the season the new car detailsmust be submitted to the organisers for approval prior to the nextevent.2. The F1000 Championship annual registration Fees are as follows: is 225.00, after 1st August is 135 Championship and Invitation ‘GuestCompetitor’ fee is 50. Invitation Cup registration fee is 140.00Competitors registered for the full F1000 Championship cannotdowngrade to the Invitation Cup, however competitors registered forthe Invitation Cup can upgrade to the full F1000 Championship.ClassF1000 ChampionshipFormula Jedi CupGuestFee 225 140 50SpecificationFull Championship specificationOutside of F1000 specification carsOne specific mtg, either classThe F1000 Championship is the premier class for which competitors areregistering and for which these regulations refer.The organisers may accept registrations for Jedi vehicles which do notexactly comply with these technical regulations, this may includeoriginal Club Class Jedis and cars fitted with engine sizes less than1000cc. Such vehicles would be categorised as Formula Jedi Cup. Allclass entries are subject to the approval of the championship organiser.Guest entries are for one specified mtg only, for either class.Subsequent entries require full championship annual fees.3. Registration numbers will be the permanent Competition numbersfor the Championship. Numbers 1, 2 and 3 are reserved for competitorsin those positions placed in in the previous season whose previousnumbers are reserved for the following season. Previous seasonnumbers are held until 31st January after which all available numberswill be allocated on request after payment of annual registration fee forF1000 or Formula Jedi Cup (guest fee not included). No changespermitted after payment. Only one and two digit numbers arepermitted.4. Registration forms will be accepted from 1st January until the closingdate for entries to the last round. Registrations will be accepted inorder of receipt and full payment of the registration fee being received.5. Upon registration, permanent competition numbers for theChampionship will be issued. All numbers will be on the rear wing endplates and on the nose cone in compliance with MOTORSPORT UKRegulation [J 4.1]. [5.18.1]6. Acceptance via means of invitation or rejection of registration isentirely at the discretion of the organisers and promoters.7. At the sole discretion of the organisers, guest drivers may competein this championship without the need to comply with the membership& registration fee requirements (1.3.2 & 1.4.2). A registration fee of 50 will apply to one-off members per event (double or triple header).In the event that such competitors enter a second event in thischampionship, the balance of the full registration fee will be payable.Guest drivers will be eligible for Championship points according to theirclass & finishing position.8. The presentation of the car is fundamental to the profile of theChampionship, its sponsors and its audience. Therefore in consideringwhether to permit any car to race, at any point during the season, theorganisers will regard as paramount the presentation of the car. Intaking into account its appearance inherent in which is the standard ofits presentation (including interior) they may exclude any car whichthey consider may prejudice the reputation of the Championship or isotherwise unacceptable.This will include where the car is presented at a race event bearingaccident damage sustained at a previous event and which has not beensubject to the completion of a full and proper repair. Note: A doubleheader can be regarded as one event for the purposes of thisregulation.9. Overalls : Competitors overalls must be clean and maintained to areasonable standard. Fireproof underwear is recommended; thisincludes socks, balaclava, leggings and a long sleeve top.10. Promotional activities: Competitors may be asked and will beexpected to participate in Championship promotion activities at thecircuits, as requested by the organisers/co-ordinator.

Points will be awarded to competitors listed as classified finishers inthe Championship Class in the Final Results as follows: -6. Competitors eligible, but not registered, for the Full Championshipmay be permitted on an individual round basis and will:(a)Be deemed “Guest Competitors”(b)Section deleted - n/a(c)Qualify for Event awards(d)Comply with the eligibility as prescribed in Article 1.3 above,with the exception of 1.3.1(b) and 1.3.2. (b), as appropriate.7. Drivers excluded from results for sporting or technical infringementsmay not use that (those) event(s) as discarded rounds for the purposeof championship placings.1.7: AWARDS:1. All awards are to be provided by: F1000 Ltd, Championshipsponsors/partners and the 750 Motor Club2. Per Race: Trophies will be presented to the top 3 finishersPer Meeting: Formula Jedi Cup Winner, Circuit Champion, ClubmansCup, Most Positions Gained.P1 30, P2 25, P3 22, P4 20, P5 18, P6 16, P7 14, P8 12, P9 10,P10 8, P11 7, P12 6, P13 5, P14 4, P15 3, P16 2.3. Championship (Annual): Trophies will be presented to the top 3finishers in the Championship. The Formula Jedi Cup Trophy, ClubmansCup, Highest Scoring NoviceAfter tenth place, points will decrease by 1 point down through theresults list. All competitors finishing in sixteenth place and below will beawarded 1 2 points.4. Presentations: Garlands and trophies will be provided for eachmeeting (as applicable) and shall be presented at the end of eachrace/event.Guest drivers will be awarded points according to their finishing positionas if they were registered competitors.5. Entertainment Tax Liability:Prize money and bonuses, if applicable, shall be posted to the Entrantswithin 7 days of the results being declared final after each round.For the Annual Clubmans Cup, points will be awarded to all competitorslisted as classified finishers in the Championship Class in the FinalResults as follows:P1 0, P2 0, P3 0, P4 0, P5 0, P6 16, P7 14, P8 12, P9 10,P10 8, P11 7, P12 6, P13 5, P14 4, P15 3, P16 2.After tenth place, points will decrease by 1 point down through theresults list. All competitors finishing in sixteenth place and below will beawarded 1 2 points.Points will be awarded to competitors listed as classified finishers in theFormula Jedi Cup in the Final Results as follows: P1 10, P2 7, P3 5, P4 3, P5 2, P6 1All competitors finishing lower than sixth place will be awarded 1 point.2. Where two competitors share a car (Paired Entry) and compete in atleast one race at an event, provided that the driver combination isregistered with the championship by the close of entries, points will beawarded to the driver pair, not individually. No driver substitution isallowed from the original registered combination. They will appear as ajoint entry in the Championship Points. In order to score points as ajoint entry a MOTORSPORT UK Entrants Licence will be required andeach Driver must compete in at least 1 race at a meeting unless forcemajeure is declared by the Championship organisers.3. The totals from all rounds of the championship held, less 2, willdetermine the final overall Championship points and positions, and theresults of the Clubmans Cup.4. Ties will be resolved using the formula in [W 1.3.4] of the currentMOTORSPORT UK Yearbook.5. Where the race distance has been reduced (2.6) it shall still count asa full points scoring round.In accordance with current Government Legislation, the 750MC islegally obliged to withhold tax at rate on all payments to non-UKresident sportsmen/sportswomen and account to HMRC using formFEU1, the quarterly return of payments made to non-residententertainers and sportsmen/women.That is, those persons who do not have a normal permanent residencein the UK. The UK does not include the Isle of Man, Channel Isles orEire. This means that, as the organiser the 750MC are required todeduct tax at the current rate applicable, from such payments they maymake to non-UK residents.Under certain circumstances, it may possible for competitors to enterinto an agreement with the Inland Revenue to limit tax withheld. Title to all Trophies: If Provisional Results or Championship Tablesare revised after any presentations and such revisions affect thedistribution of any awards the competitors concerned must return suchawards to F1000 in good condition within 7 days.7. Bonuses: The organisers/sponsors/promoters reserve the right toprovide additional awards for and during the Championship. Theseinclude, but are not limited to: Driver of the meeting, Newcomer Award2: CHAMPIONSHIP EVENT MEETINGS & RACE PROCEDURES1. ENTRIES:1. Competitors are responsible for sending in correct andcomplete entries with the correct entry fee prior to the closingdate for entries before each event.2. Incorrect or incomplete entries (Including Driver to be Nominated

Any withdrawal of Entry or Driver/Car changes made afteracceptance of any entry must be notified to the Meeting Organisersin writing. D25.1.12. applies.4. The Entry Fee for each event shall be specified in the SRs and onthe entry form.5. Reserves will be listed in the Final List of Entries published withFinal Instructions or in a Bulletin.2. BRIEFINGS: Organisers will notify competitors of the times andlocations for all briefings in the Final Instructions for all meetings or onthe F1000 notice board. Meeting bulletins will be posted on the appealnotice board during the course of an event. It is the competitor’sresponsibility to find out and attend briefings. Non-attendance mayresult in a points or grid position penalty or may lead to disqualification.3. QUALIFICATION PRACTICE:1. Should any Practice session be disrupted the Clerk of the Courseshall not be obliged to resume or re-run the session; the decision ofthe Clerk of the Course shall be final.2. Each driver shall complete a minimum of 3 laps in the car to beraced, and in the correct session, in order to qualify (MOTORSPORTUK Regulations Q12.4).3. For double headers, the fastest lap for every competitor inqualifying will set the grid for Race 1 with the fastest at the front.The grid for the Race 2 will be set by the results of Race 1, but withthe top eight championship class only reversed. Any Formula JediCup drivers with times in the top eight will take their places fromgrid positions 9 and below in order.For triple headers, the fastest lap for every competitor in qualifyingwill set the grid for Race 1 with the fastest at the front. The grid forthe Race 2 will be set by the results of Race 1, but with the topeight championship class only reversed. Any Formula Jedi Cupdrivers with times in the top eight will take their places from gridpositions 9 and below in order. The grid for Race 3 will be set bythe fastest lap times in Race 2 with the fastest at the front.4. The Clerk of the Course and or Stewards of the meeting shallhave the right to exclude any driver whose practice times or racingare considered unsatisfactory as per MOTORSPORT UK Regulation[Q12.4].4. RACES: Should any race be disrupted the Clerk of the Course shallnot be obliged to resume or rerun the race ((Q)12.15.)5. STARTS:1. All cars will be released to form up on the grid prior to the startin formation as specified on the grid sheet.2. The start will be via standing start. The minimum Countdownprocedures/audible warnings sequence shall be:I.1 minute to start of Green Flag/Pace Lap - StartEngines/Clear Grid.II.30 Seconds - Visible and audible warning for start of GreenFlag/Pace Lap.III. A five second board will be used to indicate that the grid iscomplete.IV.The red lights will be switched on five seconds after theboard is withdrawn.3. Any car removed from the grid after the 1 minute stage or driveninto the pits on the Green Flag lap shall be held in the pitlane andmay start the race after the last car has passed the startline orpitlane exit, whichever is the later to take the start from the grid.4. Any driver unable to start the Green Flag/Pace lap or start arerequired to indicate their situation as per MOTORSPORT UKRegulation (Q)12.11.2. In addition any driver unable to maintaingrid positions on the Green Flag Lap, to the extent that ALL othercars are ahead of them, may complete the Green Flag lap but MUSTremain at the rear of the last row of the grid but ahead of any carsto be started with a time delay.5. In the event of any starting lights failure the Starter will revert touse of the National Flag.6. SESSION RED FLAG: Should the need arise to stop any race orpractice, RED LIGHTS will be switched on at the Startline and REDFLAGS will be displayed at the Startline and at all Marshal’s SignallingPoints around the Circuit. This is the signal for all drivers to ceasecirculating at racing speeds, to slow to a safe and reasonable pace andto return to the pit lane, during practice, and to the starting grid area,during a race, unless otherwise directed by officials. Cars may not enterthe Pits unless directed to do so. Work on cars already in the Pits mustcease when a race is stopped.7. PITS, PADDOCK & PITLANE SAFETY:1 Pits & Paddock: Competitors must ensure that MOTORSPORT UK,Circuit Management and Organising Club Safety Regulations arecomplied with at all times.2. Pitlane: The outer lane or lanes are to be kept unobstructed toallow safe passage of cars at all times. The onus shall be on allDrivers to take all due care and respect the pit lane speed limits.3. Refuelling: May only be carried out in accordance with theMOTORSPORT UK General Regulations, the Organising ClubRegulations, Circuit Management Regulations and the SRs or FinalInstructions issued for each Circuit/Meeting.4. Speed Limit: Pit Lane Speed Limit will be 60 km/h.8. RACE FINISHES: After taking the Chequered Flag drivers arerequired to:I.progressively and safely slow downII.remain behind any competitors ahead of them,III. return to the Pit Lane Entrance/Paddock Entrance asinstructed,IV.comply with any directions given by Marshals or OfficialsV.keep their helmets on and harnesses done up while on thecircuit or in the pitlane.9. RESULTS: All Practice Timesheets, Grids, Race Results are to bedeemed Provisional until all vehicles are released by Scrutineers afterPost Practice/Race Scrutineering and/or after completion of any Judicialor Technical Procedures. (MOTORSPORT UK regulation (D)26.3.)To be classified as a finisher in a race, all cars which have covered atleast 60% of the distance covered by the championship class winnerand which cross the Finishing Line, not in the Pit Lane, under their ownpower, will be classified. Should this percentage not result in a fullnumber of laps, the decimals will be disregarded.10. TIMING MODULES: The 750 Motor Club utilises transponderbased timing and competitors must have a compatible transponderfitted and working and advise the race organisers of its number prior tothe event. Compatible transponders include the AMB TRANX 260 andMyLaps X2 & TR2 models.11. QUALIFICATION RACES: If any event is oversubscribed theOrganising Club may at their discretion run Qualification Races.12. OPERATION OF SAFETY CAR: The Safety Car will be broughtinto operation and run in accordance with Section Q, Appendix 2 of theMOTORSPORT UK General Regulations.13. ONBOARD CAMERAS: All competitors are required to carry an onboard, in car camera that records to an SD (or micro-SD) card thatmust be capable of recording HD footage that can be played back on astandard laptop. Recordings from the cameras may be used wherethere is an incident which is subsequently brought before the Clerk ofthe Course for investigation.

At all times cameras mustbe fitted in accordance with MOTORSPORT UK regulations and beapproved by the Chief Scrutineer in accordance with J.5.21Cameras must be mounted in a position such that the track is in clearview. The unit must always be switched on and be recording when thecar is on track during any official free practice, qualification session andrace.The onus is on the competitor to ensure that the camera unit battery ischarged, the camera switched on to record and manage the storage toensure enough space is available on which to record during the abovementioned sessions.In the event that no recording is available when requested by theOrganisers or Clerk of the Course for judicial purposes then thefollowing penalties will
