BSCC MEETING MINUTES: Meeting called to order @ 7:30 July 16th At RoostersCourtesy Judy Moore jmoore7500@aol.com The MG National Club registered and paid but did not bring the cars because of theweather. Russell is looking at the same location for next years Bash. Trying to match up with theMG club. Their show is a week long with many activities planned. We will be helpingthem with the event support services. We collected 405.50 for the Crusade for Children. Members present made a motion toup the donation. There were car shows on the in Keenland, Mike Linnings. and the Antique Automobilesof America at the Fairgrounds. Bo Bowden brought his grandson as a guest. Name tag drawing was Ricky Gettleman and Brennen Callan. Neither was present. I have three pound brass hammer, for the knock off wheels.I have driven the car less than 1,000 miles since I have had it. Theodometer shows 73,957 miles plus. That’s 173,957 actual miles. Itdoes not burn oil, though of course it leaks it.The only problem the car has is that the synchronizer in third gearis worn. It had that problem when I bought it and I just never gotaround to fixing it.The guy that owned it before me installed an anti-theft system thatI would have to demonstrate.I have a bunch of extra parts – body parts: tail light assemblies, exterior light covers, door handles,mirrors etc. I also have most of an old wiring harness and other engine parts. I also have an extra wirewheel and a set of knock offs. I have a repair manual and I’ll throw all of that in.FOR SALE: Two fully restored TR6 Zenith Stromberg carburetors,And gaskets, shaft seals, o-rings, float valves, deceleration valve and piston diaphragms. 375 for thepair.
