Has there been a skillful effort to cover-up what is actually an assassination? In fact, it has been revealed thatHenri Paul was working for MI6. It is known, for instance, that he received a total of 349,800 French Francs from anundisclosed source in his bank account. Why didn‘t the Inquiry investigate the source? The payments came in the form ofindividual cheques to the tune of 40,000 F.F. Why didn‘t the inquiry make a more concerted effort to establish who waswriting these cheques? Why did Henri Paul go missing for 7 minutes at 10:36 at the Ritz Hotel in Paris, the night of thefatal car accident? Why did Paul appear to be signalling to someone moments before driving off in the Mercedes [1]?And there was another strange anomaly revealed by the ITV documentary in 1998. The Haemoglobin in HenriPaul‘s blood was found to contain 20.7% carbon monoxide and this would have been at a much higher level earlierbecause the carbon monoxide content halves every four to five hours once exposure to it has stopped. Haemoglobincarries the oxygen. Debbie Davis of the Carbon Monoxide Support Group said that with these levels in his blood, HenriPaul would not have known his left hand from his right, because of the reduced oxygen reaching the brain. Dr AlastairHay, an expert on carbon monoxide poisoning, agreed and could not explain why Paul showed no signs of theconsiderable symptoms that should have been evident: ―I find it difficult to rationalise everything. A blood-carbonmonoxide level of 20% and (a high blood-alcohol level) suggests this would be someone with a much slower reactiontime, certainly be someone who would be slowed up in the way he did things, would probably also be somebody whowas in some pain, but none of those things appear to be evident from the pictures that we see of him. It is a bit of anenigma [2].‖ There is a lot more to know about Henri Paul. His best friend, Claude Garrec, told the ITV documentarythat Paul had contacts within the French and foreign intelligence services and maintained them throughout his time at theRitz. This is no surprise because the intelligence agencies recruit the security men at the top hotels and the Ritz, with itsVIP clientele and reputation for espionage and arms dealing would have been a prime target. Paul certainly hadunexplained sources of income. He earned about 20- 25,000 a year at the Ritz and yet he was a keen pilot with 605hours of flying time at about 300 an hour. He had a string of bank accounts. There were two in a bank outside Paris andthree accounts, plus a safe deposit box, at the Banque Nationale de Paris near the Ritz. He had three accounts at thenearby branch of Barclays and one current and four deposit accounts at the Caisse D‘Epargne de Paris. In the eightmonths before the crash, sums of 4,000 were paid into an account here on five separate occasions. In total he had 122,000 (1.2 million francs) and no-one knows where it came from. Then there is the question of where Paul was in thethree hours between 7:00 pm when he went off duty and 10:00 pm when Dodi called him on his mobile phone and toldhim to return to the Ritz.There is little doubt that Diana, who had recently divorced from Prince Charles, had become something of athorn in the side of the Royal Family. Her romance with Dodi, though only six weeks old, was serious and there areclaims she was pregnant, but that this could not be revealed by the autopsy, as the embalming fluid, which negates theresults of a pregnancy test, had been administered with unseemly haste.The Princess had given her lover her most precious keepsake — her deceased father‘s cufflinks — an heirloomof great sentimental value. She had also allegedly phoned friends, saying she had a ‗big surprise‘ for them when shereturned from Paris. This could not be anything other than an official engagement ring. In addition, rumours werewidely circulating that the Princess was pregnant. Photographs taken fourteen days before the fatal car crash show she ina swimsuit while holidaying in the South of France, which, due to the revealing bulges, showed that she was expecting.She had also paid a secretive visit to a leading London hospital for a pregnancy test just before going on holiday. Addingto the threat posed to the British Royal Family was the fact that the mother of a future King of England and head of theChurch of England was threatening to move abroad with her Muslim boyfriend and take the royal Princes, William andHarry, with her.Dodi had bought an estate, once owned by film star Julie Andrews, by the beach in Malibu, California, and hadpurportedly shown Diana a video of it. This dream home was to be their future residence, where they would spend theirmarried life. Ostracized by the Royal Family and stripped of her HRH title, Diana might have naively thought she couldescape with her life, despite the enormous threat she posed to the Royal Family and British establishment. She had hoped to share the news with her sonsbefore they returned to boarding school.The chronology of events begins with Princess Diana‘s black Mercedes departing from the back entrance of theParis Ritz around 2:20 am. The car sped off in an attempt to avoid the paparazzi who were waiting at the front of thehotel. The couple were purportedly on their way to their love nest near the Champs-Elysees.As the Mercedes entered the Pont d‘Alma tunnel, witnesses claim that it was being tailed by a black motorbike,a dark saloon and white turbo Fiat Uno. Witnesses claim the saloon tail-gated the Mercedes, pressuring the chauffeur todrive faster and more erratically. The Uno then clipped the side of the Mercedes in an apparent attempt to make it crash.Witnesses claim that when the black motorbike was 15 feet in front of the car these were a fierce flash of whitelight coming from the motorbike. Some have suggested the blinding flash came from a laser beam carried by the pillionpassenger, which was directed at the driver of the Mercedes. According to witnesses, this appeared to temporarily blindthe chauffeur, Henri Paul. This malicious homicidal act was followed by a loud bang, as the limousine swerved violentlyout of control before slamming into the pillar.One witness, a French harbour pilot, took in the scene in his rear-view mirror. He reported that the passenger onthe motorbike jumped off and ran over to peer in the Mercedes‘ window following the crash. The rider then turned to themotorcycle driver and gave a signal consisting of both arms crossed over the body, which is military body language for―Mission Accomplished.‖ He then climbed back on to the back of the motorcycle and the pair raced off out of the tunnel.The harbour pilot, whose wife was with him in the car, has described the scene as resembling a terrorist attack.Who was driving the bike and the other vehicles that follow the princess‘ car into the Pont de l‘Alma tunnel that night?CCTV camera footage of Diana and Dodi al FayedThe testimony of fourteen independent eyewitnesses near the crash scene that night allege that the Mercedes shewas traveling in was literally ambushed. They say Diana‘s car was surrounded at the entrance to the Alma tunnel by carsand motorcycles, which sped after the Mercedes. Direct evidence from fourteen eyewitnesses is hard to top. Directevidence is considered the most reliable form of evidence in court, so why was this testimony not given more weight inthe inquiry. It shows clear intent. In addition, the testimony related to the crossed arm military signal issued by themotorcycle passenger whose partner had helped because the crash is clear evidence of premeditated first degree murder.All litigation conducted in this case, which has been reopened multiple times is a disgraceful whitewash, proving thatthere is no one more above the law than the royals, who could not even be summoned as witnesses. By the Monday morning afterthe crash, outside the Alma tunnel, a huge message had appeared. ‗Killer paparazzi‘ had been sprayed in gold paint onthe walls, conveniently framing the paparazzi for Diana‘s fatality, and further demonizing the press for hounding starsand celebrities.No one knows who wrote the message or why they were not prevented from doing so by the French authorities.It is suspicious to say the least. In all likelihood, it was done by the very team that carried out the assassination to furtherimplicate and scapegoat the paparazzi, while deflecting blame from themselves, the actual perpetrators within the Britishintelligence services. And since those in the intelligence services outrank those in the police services, any Parisian policeofficer who might have tried to stop the graffitist would have found himself outranked and silenced.Far from being the actual culprits responsible for the fatal crash, the paparazzi following Diana did not reach thePont de l‘Alma tunnel until at least one minute after the crash, so they should be publicly exonerated, but never havebeen. They are still blamed for the fatality to this day, because once the fake news is repeated often enough people willbelieve it, as Goebbels, the Nazi propogandist always claimed.Two years after the car crash, the accused paparazzi were cleared of manslaughter charges after the French stateprosecutor said there was ‗insufficient evidence‘ of their involvement in Diana‘s death.What delayed the paparazzi and prevented them from being on the scene at the time of the accident was the factthat they had been tricked. In a clever ploy ostensibly devised by Henri Paul, the Ritz hotel, where the princess and Mr.Fayed had been staying, had placed a decoy Mercedes at the front of the hotel to confuse the photographers, whichallowed the lovers to slip out the back door into another car that was an exact replica.The picture of Diana looking out the rear window of the Mercedes was taken by a native French photographer,who had seen through the clever ploy and had taken the picture from near the hotel‘s rear entrance, as the limousine spedoff. Theindependent witnesses claim it was being followed by a black motorbike, a dark saloon and a white turbo Fiat Uno. Noevidence has ever surfaced linking the pursuing cars or the motorcycle to the paparazzi who had been waiting at the Ritz.While the saloon tail-gated the Mercedes, to make Henry Paul accelerate and drive more erratically, the Uno acceleratedand clipped the side of the Mercedes, a classic case of an assault vehicle attempting to make the target vehicle crash. Thismaneuver allowed the black motorbike to speed past the Mercedes holding the princess. The two motorcycle riders werewearing helmets with the visors pulled down, making it impossible to identify them.Witnesses claim that when the bike was about 15ft in front of the car, there was a fierce flash of white light fromthe motorbike. The suggestion is that this came from a laser beam carried by the pillion passenger and directed at the car.This is the M.O. cited by the MI6 agent Tomlinson, who alleged that this murder M.O. was originally intended forSloboban Milosevic, but was resuscitated for the Diana assassination attempt. The flash of light blinded Henri Paul longenough for him to lose control of the vehicle, causing the car to slam into the 13 th pillar in the tunnel, where it wascrushed like a tin can.According to Richard Tomlinson, a renegade former MI6 spy, British MI6 plotted to murder Serbian leaderSlobodan Milosevic in a staged car accident in a tunnel five years before Diana died in a similar fashion. Tomlinson, whoworked for MI6 in the early 1990s, told the High Court he had seen a two-page document, drawn up in 1992, detailingthree plans to kill Mr. Milosevic. A third plan was to direct a blinding strobe light on Mr.Milosevic‘s chauffeur as his motorcade passed through a motorway tunnel during peace talks in Geneva. Mr. Tomlinsonsaid the plan was shown to him by a senior MI6 officer referred to as ―A,‖ who argued that a crash in a tunnel wouldmean fewer witnesses and a greater chance of deniability when it came to an assassination plot. Tomlinson believes thethird plan was redeployed on the princess and her lover. He also claims he had been shown a strobe light by members ofthe SBS during his training in Poole, Dorset. He was told that the equipment was originally devised to blind enemyhelicopter pilots if they tried to land at night.Mr. Tomlinson was called as a witness at the inquest after he told a French magistrate that the Paris car crashinvolving the Princess and her lover, Dodi Fayed, bore an ―eerie similarity‖ to the MI6 scheme to take out SlobodanMilosevic.Mr. Tomlinson described MI6 agent identified by the code name ―A‖ as being a ―very ambitious and diligent‖MI6 section sub-head in his early 30s. The same MI6 agent is referred to as ―Fish‖ in Lord Stevens‘ police inquiry intothe crash. Mr. Tomlinson said that MI6 agent ―A‖ or ―Fish‖ had first shown him the ―strobe light plan‖ at A‘s office onthe 11th floor of Century House. The plan cited Milosevic‘s plans for a greater Serbia, a feared genocide of Albanians inKosovo, and his support for Radovan Karadzic, the Bosnian Serb leader, as the major motives for the plannedassassination of the Serbian leader.The document had been circulated and had even been shown to the private secretary to the head of MI6. ―Therewas no doubt in my mind that A was entirely serious about his plan,‖ Mr. Tomlinson said. ―He was an ambitious andserious officer who would not risk his career by making such a proposal in jest.‖Mr. Tomlinson also revealed that Henri Paul was passing information to MI6. Tomlinson was reviewing files onan operation to smuggle weapons out of the Soviet Union, when he came across came across documentation mentioninga French security officer at the Ritz Hotel who he later concluded was Mr. Paul. ―There is no doubt Henri Paul wouldhave been of interest to the intelligence services,‖ he said.As is often the case, it looks like Henri Paul was being set up as a patsy in a long line of such individuals thatinclude such figures as Lee Harvey Oswald, Timothy McVeigh, Osama bin Laden (all CIA agents) among othersemployed by the intelligence services. It is common to set up agents who know too much or have become an―inconvenience‖ to the agency, so they can be taken out at some stage of the operation in order to eliminate any looseends. If the intelligence services can eliminate unwanted members of the agency at the same time that someone else is inthe crosshairs, both can be taken out simultaneously, effectively killing two birds with one stone. He was sacked in 1995 and jailed under the Official Secrets Act in 1997 after passinga proposal for a book to a publisher.His book The Big Breach was eventually published in Moscow in 2001[3].A later disclosure revealed that a man-made ―lightning bolt‖ was used by an SAS group nicknamed the LampingUnit to kill Princess Diana. Following Soldier N‘s claims of an SAS plot, other military sources have emerged allegingthat a secret force existed with the ability to carry out an operation to kill the Princess. The elite Army detachment haddeveloped a technique involving shining high density beams called ―dazzler lasers‖ to take out their targets. The highintensity beams could be directed into the eyes of the driver or chauffeur of the target‘s car. The technique was calculatedto either cause road accidents or disorientate victims so they would be vulnerable to a secondary attack.Normally, the licence to kill has to receive the approval of the Foreign Secretary under a Class SevenAuthorization, but the order to kill the Princess came from deep within the intelligence establishment. Allegations passedon to the Royal Military Police were shared with Scotland Yard, which has interviewed the wife and mother-in-law ofSoldier N in connection with the Diana murder claims. Allegations that Diana died after the driver of her Mercedes,Henri Paul, was ―lamped‖ by an SAS unit on a motorcycle in the Pont de l‘Alma tunnel have been corroborated bymultiple witnesses at the scene.Another driver in the underpass described seeing in his rear-view mirror a ―major white flash,‖ whichilluminated the Mercedes in a brilliant corona of light moments before the fatal accident. Francois Levistre testified thathe saw a motorcycle pull up to the car and direct a light at the vehicle before it crashed. Levistre told the official inquestin 2007 that the light was so bright and intense it was like night turning into day, adding: ―I just wondered what happenedbecause the light was like you were caught in police radar. The light even came into my car.‖ This occurred despite thelight not being directed at him, as he testified, ―The light was not directed towards me. It was directed towards the carwhich was behind. When I saw the light, I looked into the mirror. I saw the car going from left to right to left again to getwithin the pillar. The car had no light any longer. Everything was switched off.‖Mr. Levistre‘s evidence was dismissed as insignificant at the inquest and subsequent inquiry into the Princess‘sdeath. It is now being reconsidered in light of testimony from former MI6 spy Richard Tomlinson and other disclosures.Tomlinson‘s claim that the same technique used in the Paris tunnel in 1997 was considered for use in theproposed MI6 plot to assassinate the Serbian leader Slobodan Milosevic has been corroborated by eyewitness testimonyin the hearings.Sir Richard Dearlove, former head of MI6, even confirmed under oath at the inquest into Diana‘s death, that thespy agency‘s ―licence to kill‖ is issued under what is known as Class Seven Authorization by the Foreign Secretary.
