Failure to comply with them or anyapplicable legal and regulatory requirementsmay result in disciplinary action, up to andincluding dismissal or termination of contractor assignment. For senior managers, thiscould include financial recoupment forsignificant misconduct. When someone reports aconcern in good faith, GSK will supportthat individual.If you feel unable or uncomfortablediscussing an issue with a manager or analigned representative, you can use thetelephone, internet or postal reportingchannels. These channels are managedindependently of GSK, are available globallyand allow for reports to be kept anonymousif the local laws and regulations permit it.Managers also have a duty to raise anyconcerns brought to their attention.
