Check ManageAssignments under the Assignments iconand click Go.Site Code:User name: First and last name (no space)Password: berkeAssign prompts to a class:Click on Create a New Assignment underAssignments, and click Go.Select the type of prompt you want to usefrom the Assessment Folder. UnderAssessment check the name of the prompt.Check the class you want the promptassigned to. You don't have to select a Daterange unless you want to. Under options onthe right the setup should look like below.Click on the name of the essay and it willappear below. Click on the blue pencil.From here you can view and edit certainparts of the prompt. Click Add to add anassignment to a student. Any of yourstudents who haven't been assigned theprompt will show up on the left. (Optional: You can makeindividual selections such as class or taggroup, proficiency scale, test cut -off scores,and report label)Select WV Westest 2 Online WritingPractice Prompts. Select the essay youwant the report for and click create.Click View All Printable.Writing Gain Report:This report list the students percentagegains broken down by the writingdimension of each selected prompt.From the home page. You don't have toselect a Date range unless you want to.Under options on the right the setup shouldlook like below.*Optional: By making these edits onetime in the beginning- it will let you locate ateacher's class easier for adding a studentand creating reports. It will also move allthe teachers using the program to the topof the list.Click Enrollment. Click Manage Classes.Select the blue pencil on the line with theteacher's name.
