Infinite CampusCampus Student - Parent InstructionsStudents:Parents: arents/rockwood.jspParents need to use an activation code to log in the first time. This is obtained by completing a ParentAccess Request Form and bringing the form, along with a photo ID, to your student’s school office. Youwill use the Access Key obtained from the School to create a username and passwordA security email address must be added for both Parent and Student Campus Portal Accounts (Studentsare recommended to use their RSD email address)If you forget your Username and/or Password, you may click on the links to have them sent to the securityemail address you providedNavigate between tools using the menu on the left. On mobile devices, this menu shrinks to a "hamburger" or"three bars" icon to save space.Click the Person icon in the top right to log out or view Notification Settings.

Tool NameMessageCenterDescriptionThe Message Center includesannouncements are posted at aschool or district level. AssignmentsThe Assignments tool collects all of astudent's assignments with the focuson today. Click assignments toview details and scroll to see previousand future assignments.Use the Missing and CurrentTerm buttons at the top tofilter assignments.GradesThe Grades tool shows all of thegrades earned by the student for alltasks (such as Quarter or Semestergrades) and standards. Posted gradesare displayed in bold, with In-Progressgrades indicated as "In-progress."Where the grey arrow displays for atask or standard, click the task to viewthe Categories that contribute to thegrade. Expand categories to view allincluded assignments. Clickassignments to view details.Grade BookUpdatesGrade Book Updates lists all of theassignments that have been scored orotherwise updated in the last 14 days.Click on the assignment or the coursename to view details.ResponsiveScheduleN/A

AttendanceThe Attendance tool lists the absencesand tardies in the selected semester.Navigate between terms using theoptions at the top. Click on aperiod to view details. On thedetail view, absences and tardiesare divided by type (excused,unexcused, exempt, or unknown),with all absences and tardieslisted below.When attendance is recorded viapresent minutes, this attendancescreen displays the total Present Timeand Expected Time by section. Clickon a section to view the Time In, TimeOut, and Present Time recorded bydate.ScheduleThe Schedule tool shows the student'sschedule for each semester.Each schedule includes the times ofthe periods during the day and thestudent's courses, with the teacher'sname and room assigned. The daytype is indicated in the top right cornerof the schedule. Click on the coursename to view details.ReportsThe Reports tool collects files relevantto the student such as report cardsand transcripts, and missingassignments.Click on an entry to view the file inPDF.MoreThe More tab displays the following: Address InformationDemographicsFamily InformationHealthImportant Dates such asholidays, late starts, and otherschool calendar eventsTransportationOnline Enrollment (includesnew enrollment and censusverifications)Not turned on for all schools.

NotificationsThe Notifications dropdown list showsa simple list of notifications the studenthas received, such as gradedassignments.Click the user menu at the top right ofscreen to establish ion settings allow users to canopt out of receiving specific kinds ofnotifications and establish thresholdsfor those they want to receive. Setthresholds to only receive notificationswhen a grade or score falls below theselected percentage. Click the arrowsto change the threshold or click anddrag the dot.Error MessagesWhy can't I see all of mychild/children?Do you have your own account?If you are a parent, make sure youare using Campus Parent. If you area student, make sure you are usingCampus Student. This allows foryour Campus record and therelationships set up between you andyour children to connectproperly. Ask your school for yourown account.Wrong Username or PasswordIf you don’t remember your username orpassword, click the links for “forgot yourusername?” or “forgot your password?” to havethem sent to your email address.Please check your junk/clutter folder if youdon’t see it in your inbox.If a parent logs into the Campus Student with their login credentials, they will see the following message:
