Appeals . 42I.How to Use this HandbookThe DAAP Cooperative Education Program Student Handbook covers the policies and procedures of theCooperative Education Program as it pertains to students in the College of Design, Architecture, Art, andPlanning. If you have questions about the Cooperative Education Program anytime throughout yourparticipation, you should refer to this handbook or talk to your Cooperative Education Faculty Advisor to seekclarification.Delineation is made between mandatory and optional programs. Mandatory co-op programs are considered tobe those majors that require Cooperative Education participation to meet graduation requirements. Theseinclude several majors in the College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning, the College of Engineering andApplied Science, The College of Arts and Sciences, and the College of Education, Criminal Justice and HumanServices. Optional co-op programs are considered to be those majors that offer a curricular option toparticipate in the Cooperative Education program. For an updated listing of majors which offer CooperativeEducation participation as a mandatory or optional requirement, please view the Division is handbook will focus on terms and policies as they refer to the mandatory programs for DAAP.II.
