ISO Online Registration GuideImportant Reminders Only Primary Contacts and Presidents may complete the online registration form for theirorganization Always use @k-state.edu when entering in K-State contacts, DO NOT USE @ksu.edu A constitution is required to complete online registration.o If your organization does not have a copy of their constitution from last year, a copy can berequested by contacting Ashley Douglass (aldouglass@k-state.edu). The online registration form is only one part of the registration process.o At least one student member from your organization must attend an in-person registrationsession provided by the Center for Student Involvement.o If your organization designates an Advisor, the advisor will need to complete the AdvisorAcknowledgement Form.1

Access OrgCentralYou can access OrgCentral byvisiting the Center for StudentInvolvement website and selecting“OrgCentral” on the left menu, or visitand bookmark the web address:k-state.campuslabs.com/engageLog in with your K-StateEID & password2

Access Your Student Organization’s PortalOnce you have logged in withyour K-State EID & password,you will be taken to yourhomescreen.Under “Memberships” you willsee a button for everyorganization of which you arelisted on their roster.You can go directly to yourorganization’s portal by selectingit from your memberships list.For this example, we will beusing “CSI Test Board” as ourorganization.3

Select “Manage Organization”Select “Manage Organization” button inupper right-hand corner of yourorganization’s portal page4

Select “Re-Register This Organization”Select “Re-Register This Organization” button.Remember: Only Primary Contacts and Presidentswill be able to complete this form.5

Step 1 - InstructionsThis is the beginning of the reregistration form.Whomever completes this form foryour organization will become thePrimary Contact. This can bechanged later.You can leave this form andpick it back up at the samespot later on by looking atyour Submissions throughyour personal account.Click the circle with your firstinitial to access your personalaccount at any time.Additional instructions areincluded on pg. 20-21 of thisdocument.6

Step 2 – General InformationStep 2 allows you to input basicinformation about yourorganization, including the name,description, website, socialmedia, email address, streetaddress, phone number, andtype.7

Step 3 – Profile PictureStep 3 allows you to upload aprofile picture for yourorganization.11

Step 4 – Add MembersStep 4 allows you to add/managememberships for yourorganization.You must use @k-state.edu whenadding K-State contacts.DO NOT use @ksu.eduISO’s are required to designate atleast one member as President.ISO’s must have at least 5members, 50% of whom must beK-State students.12

Step 5 – Upload a Current ConstitutionStep 5 is where you will berequired to upload a currentconstitution.Constitution requirements can befound in the student organizationpolicy (Chapter 8540, .040Registration Requirements, #4)If your organization does not havea copy of your constitution fromlast year and would like torequest one, please contactAshley Douglass ataldouglass@k-state.edu.15

Step 6 – Select CategoriesStep 6 allows you to designatethe appropriate categories thatapply to your organization.Selecting the appropriatecategories for your organizationcan be a useful recruitment toolas this is a common feature usedto browse and search fororganizations.16

Step 7 – Select InterestsStep 7 allows you to selectinterests that represent yourorganization.Selecting the applicable interestsfor your organization can be auseful recruitment tool as this is acommon feature used to browseand search for organizations.17

Review Your SubmissionAfter you complete Step 7, you will be taken to a screen to review yoursubmission. (Please note the example used here is from a DSO reregistration form, however this is very similar to how the ISO submissionsummary page will look).From here you can go back to specific steps, as well as print a copy ofyour submission.Once you click the submit button, you will not be able to delete thissubmission. It will be sent to Center for Student Involvement staff toreview and approve or deny. Please allow up to 2 business days for staffto process your submission.18

How to Access Your SubmissionsWhether you wish to pick back up whereyou left off on a partially completed form, orreview the information you have submitted,you can access/review your submissions viayour personal account.Click the circle with your first initial to accessyour personal account at any time.Select “Submissions” to access yoursubmission history.20
