TTL and CMOS logic 74 Series[Note 1] I am unable to locate a datasheet for the 4464 (64K x 4-bit dynamic RAM). It can beassumed similar regarding specifications and timing to the 44256.[Note 2] This Z80 datasheet was scanned from my old paper copy. This is an original Zilogdatasheet, not one of the licensed Z80 equivalents such as the Z8400 by ST Microelectronics. As faras I know this is the ONLY online Zilog Z80 datasheet.
