Jason is the hands-on project manager of the company and hasworked on many projects in Kamloops, Sun Peaks, Tobiano, the Shuswap andBarriere, as well as in Prince George, Tumbler Ridge and Cold Lake, Alberta.Andrew Karpiak has a business degree from the University of South Carolinaand has been in real estate development & marketing for the past 10 yearsspecializing in the Tobiano Resort Development. Thanks to his diverse realestate background, Andrew adds valuable and up-to-date advice on currentdesign trends, which has proven extremely useful to his clients when workingthrough the design phase of their projects. Andrew has recently taken overthe residential side of the company with the assistance of Greg Alm.Greg Alm joined Casman back in 2013. Greg has been a Red Seal carpenter forover a decade now specializing in single family residential construction. Greghas a keen eye for detail and loves a challenge. Greg has recently beenpromoted to project manager and is in charge of managing the Residentialdivision within Casman Developments Ltd.Len Anderson joined Casman in the fall of 2014 as our Business DevelopmentManager. Len has an extensive background in sales and marketing mostrecently owning and operating his own pile driving business in the Kamloopsarea. Len brings a forward thinking mentality to the company and is taskedwith helping manage our 30 employees as well as source out new businessopportunities.
