TANANA CHIEFS CONFERENCE-FACILITIES DEPARTMENTGROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICESTanana Chiefs Conference invites Proposals to furnish all equipment, materials, and labor to provide GroundsMaintenance Services. Requirementso Contractor will provide all equipment, hoses, and sprinklers necessary to maintain a healthylawn environmento All debris will be removed from TCC properties at the expense of the Contractoro TCC will provide city water source Weekly Services: The lawn care services will be provided from the date of Notice to Proceedthrough September 30, 2021. Lawn services shall include mowing, weed whacker trimming, catchingand/or raking of lawn grass cuttings, and removal of debris. Lawn care will be performed at thefollowing locations (Refer to area maps)o Chief Peter John Tribal Building (CPJTB)o Al Ketzler Sr. Building (AKSB)o Chief Andrew Isaac Health Center (CAIHC)o Paul Williams House (PWH)o Chena Bingo Hall (CBH)o David Salmon Tribal Hall (DSTH)o Bertha Moses Patient Hostel (BMPH)o The Sobering Centero University and Davis Complex InvoicingServices will be billed by mail or e-mail, monthly to:Tanana Chiefs ConferenceandTanana Chiefs ConferencePurchasing DepartmentFacilities Department122 1st Ave.137 1st AvenueFairbanks, Alaska 99701Fairbanks, Alaska 99701Purchasing rgAnnual Purchase Orders will be issued for each building. Contractor will provide separate monthlyinvoices for each building that will reference the PO# and itemize the Regular Services provided. Partialmonthly services will be prorated. Parking lot islands and other hourly services will use prorated DailyLabor Rate.Term of ContractThis contract ends on September 30, 2021. There will be options to renew for up to two (2) additionalone (1) year periods. Contractor may request annual rate increases of up to 3%.1

The Total Rate for any non-AN/AI contractor will be increased by 10%.InsuranceCustomary limits for this contract will be:1. Workers Compensation: The contractor will comply with the laws of the State of Alaska in coverage for anyemployees and subcontractors.2. Commercial General Liability: Coverage limits not less than 1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrenceand annual aggregates.3.
