Lawn services shall include mowing, weed whacker trimming, catchingand/or raking of lawn grass cuttings, and removal of debris. Parking lot islands and other hourly services will use prorated DailyLabor Rate.Term of ContractThis contract ends on September 30, 2021. There will be options to renew for up to two (2) additionalone (1) year periods. Contractor may request annual rate increases of up to 3%.1
