DIRECTIONAL CONTROLS Solenoid Controlled Pilot Operated Directional ValvesThese valves are composed of a solenoid operated pilot valve and a pilotoperated slave valve. When a solenoid is energised the pilot valvedirects the flow to move the spool of the slave valve, thus changing thedirection of flow in the hydraulic circuit.
