CNC water Jet It is an industrial tool that uses a high pressure water jet to cut various materials. It can use waterjet alone to cut soft materials like wood and rubber, or the water can be mixed with an abrasivesubstance like aluminum oxide to cut harder materials.Figure CNC water jet

Rapid Prototyping Rapid prototyping is the fast fabrication of a physical part, model or assembly using 3D computeraided design (CAD). The creation of the part, model or assembly is usually completed usingadditive manufacturing, or more commonly known as 3D printing. In 1980, rapid prototyping was born. From 1980 to 1988, many experiments were made anddifferent 3D printing processes were created. SLS was developed in the mid of 1980s.

What are the steps of 3D printer or RapidPrototyping Step 1: produce a 3D model using CAD software Step2: The CAD drawing is converted to the standard tessellationlanguage (STL ) file types and Step3:The STL file is transferred to thecomputer that controls the 3D printer. then slice the STL file intodifferent layer. Step4:The 3D printer is set up. Step5:start the machine and wait for the build to complete layer bylayer. Step6:The printed object is removed from the machine. Step7:The last step is post processing.
