The plan for the property willcontinue for retail use. City council has approved a purchaseand sale agreement for the sale of the Cityowned one-acre property adjacent to TexasRoadhouse. The developer has an executedletter of intent with El Pollo Loco for the site.City staff is working on two additional fast casualrestaurants interested in developing on the City’s Park &Ride in the I-205 area.SweetArts located in Downtown Tracy is now open. Theyoffer a variety of cupcakes, cookies, macaroons, andspecialized cakes.Extreme Pita located at 2439 Naglee Rd. near the HomeDepot shopping center is now open.
