It wasrefreshing to see a paid internship,amongst a sea of unpaid internshipswhich excluded a lot of studentswho couldn’t afford to apply. Theinternship really aligned with myprinciples and passions. It focusedon accessibility and inclusivityin learning, something that I ampassionate about, having previouslyworked as an undergraduatestudent ambassador. As a mediastudent navigating my Masters inthe COVID-19 online environment,I wanted to be part of a team thatworked to ensure that students feltheard and were not suffering as aresult of these unpredictable times.It was greatto chat to other currentstudents about theircareer journeys so far, andlearn from each other.”
