They are just two bedrooms, with an emphasis on a larger living room/kitchen/dining room area.The guest bedrooms are an ample size, with a walk in closet and master bathroom. The second bedroom is an average size. Theyhave full basements so it is more than enough for your storage. Also with the possibility to complete if the unit has an egress (bulkhead or walk out).The other benefit is that there are no shared walls. This prevents any chance of hearing your neighbors. This option is really theeasiest transition from downsizing from a house.1ST FLOOR MASTER BEDROOMSThe 2 level floor plans all have 1st floor master bedrooms, including the townhouses, which has been the popular trend.
