IntroductionAll non-Lockheed Martin employees requiring unescorted access toLockheed Martin owned, leased or operated facilities in the United States toconduct work must undergo a Background Investigation (BI).BI’s are run through First Advantage’s Contractor Advantage solution. Theresults of that BI will be compared to our Lockheed Martin AccessStandards. Contractor AdvantageThe Contractor Screen program is a proactive security initiative to identify and reducesecurity risk and enhance the security standards and safety of LM personnel andfacilities.Any Contractor, a non-employee of LM, who requires physical access to a LM owned,leased or operated facilities in the United States to conduct work with no escort isrequired to partake in the program. This includes all “Resident Visitor(s)” and“Nonresident Visitor(s)”.Contractors are responsible for using Contractor Advantage to perform screening onALL of their employees who are within scope of the Lockheed Martin program.Using results from an independent third party Background Investigation (BI),Contractor Screening confirms compliance with access standards of physical siteaccess for Contractors BEFORE they arrive at LM facilities.Compliance with the Access Standards must be determined prior to gaining unescortedphysical access to any LM facility.

No guesswork or delays dueto potential denials at the gate. Contractor adheres to any additional Business Area policies or proceduresper facility.* Directions provided in an internalguide once registered

Step 1 - Registration1.Visit the Contractor Screening website.https://ca.fadv.com/CA/welcome.do?lmc#2. Click on the link to Register as Service Provider. 50 one time company registration fee3. Complete all Registration fields, remember IDand password.4. Registration usually takes 3-5 business days.You may be contacted for additionalinformation if needed.5. Bookmark the link for future access.**All accounts will automatically be set up with Limited Viewingaccess. Limited Viewing access allows you to view the compliancestatus of all people on your roster to determine if they can beallowed on the Lockheed Martin site. If you would like additionalviewing rights to allow you to see the detailed background report,you may email cred@fadv.com to begin that process. This processwill require business documentation and, in most cases, a siteinspection. (This information will also be available on the mainhome page after logging in to Contractor Advantage.)
