A brief outline of the Company’s CSR policyThe Company’s corporate social responsibility (“CSR”) Policy obligates the Company to undertake specific CSR projects and programs,as approved from time to time by the Company’s CSR committee, in accordance with the CSR Policy’s pre-established categories. Tothat end, during the fiscal year ended March 31, 2021, the CSR committee implemented two specific CSR programs in accordance withthe CSR Policy. The programs involved, amongst other things: Supporting the Akanksha Foundation in the provision of high-quality education to low-income communities in Mumbai and Punethrough, amongst other things, financial support for teachers.; Supporting EnAble India in the provision of high-quality education and training to people with disabilities across:Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chattishgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh,Maharashtra, Meghalaya, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengalthrough, amongst other things, financial support for training sessions and awareness building with disabled communities.In addition to these two programs, support was given to the PM-CARES fund, aimed at strengthening the fight against COVID-19, underthe pre-established category of disaster relief.Apple India Private LimitedCorporate Social Responsibility Annual Report FY 2020-211
