It’s a Matter of TrustBy: Aleka AgapitidesToday, more than ever, trust and integrity come into play andare determining factors in relationship building and sustainment.Relationships are the crust of everything we do and how wecontinue to exist.Integrity comes from within, doing the right thing all the time, how we adhere to basic moral and ethical principles and honesty.Trust is between people, what others think of us and how weinteract. The combination of the two, creates your character, bothgood and bad.During these trying times, when paper is at a scarcity and time onpress a precious commodity, as we all strive to keep direct mailcampaigns and programs rolling, trust and integrity are critical inhow we help our clients navigate the ever-changing supply chainchallenge. How we help makes a difference.Times like this reveal who has your back and further demonstratesthe importance of connecting with the RIGHT team and having asolid tribe behind you.Knowing who to bring on board comes from experience. We’veall had those situations, unfortunately where we thought we hadpartners with our best interests at hand, only to be disappointedand disillusioned, resulting in costly hard life’s lessons learnednot forgotten.People of integrity have a reputation for being trustworthy, and“there for you” repeatedly over time. Trust comes when youconsistently understand your customer’s needs, respect them, and offer continued service that exceeds the bar of expectations.Gaining customer’s trust not only breeds loyalty, it provesreliability and strength, ultimately earning a strategic right handspot at your customers’ table. As long, as we continue to operate with transparency, support andsolid workplace values, we build that coveted trust. Coworkers andclients alike, will see the integrity, honesty and hard work broughtto the team and they’ll trust the realness.Aleka AgapitidesAleka Agapitides is a 25 year experienceddirect marketing professional with provensuccess in all facets of DM production andsales.
