Eachcontact consists of a flatreceptacle, which mateswith a flat tab. Every contacthas got a steel spring and acopper alloy body.I Protection of the contactspringsThe Main Advantagesof the Body are:I No over elongation of thecontact springs possibleunder normal circumstancesG Several contact pointsThe two-piece contact designmeans that the electrical andmechanical properties areseparated. One end of thecontact body is crimped towire and the other end mateswith the matching tab. Theclosed spring has got severalfunctions and also differentadvantages for the completecontact system.I Protection againstmechanical damageI No possibility to connectfrom the rear sideI Good guiding in the cavityI Secondary locking possible(from 4 directions)I Assembly into housingfully-automaticallyIn addition there are usuallytwo lances on the steel tospring.
