PACER provides acentralized website for public users to register for a PACER account, upgrade existing PACERaccounts; register for e-filing privileges; and register for attorney admission to the district court. Tobe admitted to the district court is to be admitted practice law in the bankruptcy court. Despite theserequests being made through PACER, individual courts continue to either grant e-filing privilegesand permissions, reject or hold requests for more information before completing processing therequest. Whatever the outcome, you will receive an email notification.In order to prepare for the conversion to NextGen, the user, must complete a few preliminary steps.Your PACER account will be your login (entry point) for both PACER and NextGen CM/ECF.Therefore, you must have your own individual PACER Account.
