FAST MOVING, FAST STARTERMHLELIWEZINTO GUMEDEHaving joined the IFA Businessin February 2021, KZN basedMhleliwezinto Gumede isquickly climbing up the ranks.Q How did you find out about the IFABusiness? We caught up with theFast Starter Award Winnerto find out how he feelsabout his new title.I was officially introduced to IFA in 2021. Even though I wasaware of the IFA Business Opportunity two years prior, thetime was right because I was struggling a bit to find a jobthat suited my planned career. That’s when I decided tojump at it. IFA is all about implementation.QSpeaking of implementation, can you tellus more about what this means? You only need a valid ID or passport and bank account tobecome an IFA. Implementation of IMF (Invite, Meet andFollow Up) doesn’t require that you have any experience. You discover things as you start and starting gives youconfidence, it is all about that. Next year I want to reachClub 500 and I’m definitely going there!Q Do you think IFA is suitable for theyounger generation?South Africa needs more young entrepreneurs and I fullyagree that IFA is a solution for it. The main thing is theright mentality for success, not desperation. My focusnow is meeting my immediate need for money. OnceI’ve achieved that I can move on to things like having anice car and house. My ultimate goal is to become a realestate agent. I’m a good salesperson and to pursue thiscareer I require capital. That’s why I am focused on theIFA Business Opportunity and listening to as many smartpeople as possible.QWere you surprised that you won the GoldIFA Fast Starter Award? No, and here’s why – it didn’t happen by magic. Theminute that one is in the process, you know you’re goingto achieve it. If I said I was surprised, it would mean I didn’teven know the rules or put the effort or somehow got itthrough luck. I was just proud.
