In this paper, we conduct research onthe reform and development of school sportseducation under the perspective of lifetimesports and nationwide fitness. School physicaleducation is the foundation and the strategicfocus of the development of sports which is thefoundation of the national fitness programwhich is also an important part of the wholeeducation career. Our proposed approach andreform combines the advances of the state-ofthe-art methodologies which will not onlyenhance the current model but set up forprospect and modification as well.the modern education, physical education andthe perfect combination of modern philosophyand self-conscious infiltration. School physicaleducation is the foundation and the strategicfocus of the development of sports, is thefoundation of the national fitness programwhich is also an important part of the wholeeducation career. School sports, lifelong sportsand is closely related to the national fitness. Butthe school physical education emphasizes thestudents in the school stage study of sports andphysical exercise, and lifelong physicaleducation and the national fitness programemphasizes not only children or adolescents inthe stage of school physical education andfitness activities, but the life always physicaleducation and fitness activities, and thereforemay be of high quality of life, and must adaptthe persistent development of individual orsociety. From the growth of life process candefinitely come to the conclusion that: a personas a teenager, physical education and physicalhealth is directly related to the strength of thebody for her entire life or career.College students’ sports lifestyle must havethe distinct personality characteristics and it isthe related construction that must beaccomplished by way of personalized sportsteaching and practice. Therefore, lifelong sportsin colleges and universities should from theteaching goal, teaching mode and teachingevaluation and other aspects to build itspractical paradigm. To construct the universitysports lifestyle for the teaching goal ofpersonalized sports teaching practice systemshould be completely beyond the traditionalsports teaching idea and pattern.
