About the 2021 Miami Association of REALTORS (MIAMI)SurveyObjectiveRespondentsThe 2021 survey provides information on the internationalresidential transactions of the Miami Association of REALTORS (MIAMI) members during August 2020–July 2021. In this report,the year 2021 refers to this period and previous years refer to theprior 12-month periods.The association sent the online survey to itsapproximately 52,000 members, of which 2,146responded during the survey period August 10–September 13, 2021.
