Campus ConnectCampus Connect is your student information portal and whereyou will complete many important functions such as courseregistration, tracking financial aid, checking your email, logginginto Blackboard to see your online courses and connecting withyour instructors and fellow students.You will need a C# or student ID to create a Campus Connectaccount and gain access. You will receive your C# in youracceptance packet after you apply.

Registration Your Admissions Counselor/Academic Advisor willhelp you register for your first courses here at IvyTech Online McDonald’s Employee ManagementProgram For future semesters, you will be able to register forclasses in Campus Connect, but we recommend thatyou contact your Admissions Counselor/AcademicAdvisor before doing so to ensure you are selectingthe appropriate courses and in the correct coursesequence

Registering for ClassesAfter you have completed your first semester, youcan register for courses online through CampusConnect. To register, click on the Add or DropClasses link in the green My Ivy Tech section.Always choose the Columbus Regionoption when searching for courses.

Paying for Classes Students are officially registered and able to attendclass after all fees are satisfied or online paymentarrangements have been made Students must be in an “arranged to pay” status by thepayment deadline for each term or the student will bedropped for non-payment If the amount of financial aid received does not coverthe cost of your tuition and fees, you will need to makepayment arrangements

Paying for ClassesA student is in an “arranged to pay” status when one or more ofthe following is posted to the student’s Ivy Tech account: Financial Aid - such as grants and loans Payment in full - credit, debit card, or e-check are accepted Payment plan (deferral) - Minimum Down Payment REQUIRED,arrangements can be made via Campus Connect by clicking “Set UpPayment Plan“ in the green My Ivy Tech section Employment Payment Notification/Purchase Order Third Party Sponsor Notification

Financial Aid – Priority DatesStudents may apply for financial aid at any time.In order to ensure priority processing and “on-time”delivery of eligibility, students must apply and return allrequested forms/verification paperwork to their Ivy TechFinancial Aid Office as soon as possible.In addition, students that have all of their financial aidrequirements completed early will have their aid available touse at the bookstore the first day it opens.

Dropping a ClassYou may drop or withdraw from a class inCampus Connect by clicking on the Add orDrop Class link in the green My Ivy Techsection.WARNING:If you wish to drop or withdraw from a class, please contactthe advisor listed on your acceptance letter BEFORE doingso to find out if it will impact your financial aid eligibility.Please Note: IVYT 101 cannot be dropped using the Add orDrop Classes link in Campus Connect. Standards of Academic Progress(SAP)In order to continue financial aid eligibility and to be in goodstanding in the college, every student must follow standards ofacademic progress.
