Work TasksWork Tasks WindowWork Tasks WindowThe Work Tasks window contains the Tasks Worklist on the left side and the Task Details onthe right side. To open the Work Tasks window, from the Intergy Desktop menu bar, select the Tasksmenu, and then select Work Tasks. To open the Work Tasks window from Intergy EHR, click the Tasks page of the My Daytab.Tasks WorklistThe Tasks Worklist in the left side of the window contains the tasks list and the filters thatcan be applied to set the list. The Tasks Worklist can include a specific set of tasks that youwant to list, such as only unread tasks in the Inbox.You can set the Tasks Worklist to show the Sent tasks or the Inbox tasks clicking the Sent orInbox dropdown. The sort and filter options display. Work TasksWork Tasks WindowAdditionally, you can locate a specific task by searching all tasks using the Search Tasksfield. You can use the task search feature to search the tasks and locate one or more specifictasks in the Tasks Worklist. You can search for a task by patient name, task type, task title,and due date.When one or more tasks match the search, the task(s) are listed in the Tasks Worklist andthe task details of the first task listed are displayed in the Task Details section. In the taskslisted from the search, the search items that were identified in the tasks are highlightedyellow. If more than one task is identified by the search, the details of the task highest in thelist is shown in the Task Details section.When a task in the list is selected, the selected task is indicated by dark blue color with thetask information displayed in white text.You can select a task in the worklist and right-click to perform actions on the selected task,such as completing, forwarding, and adding a note.If you do not want to show the Tasks Worklist and only view the Task Details section, youcan collapse the Tasks Worklist by clicking the Collapse Tasks Worklist ( ) button.4Greenway Intergy and IEHR 9.20 New System Features

Work TasksWork Tasks Window Date the task was createdAdditionally, in the Show Tasks Worklist setting, the width of the Tasks Worklist can beresized by hovering your mouse pointer on the right side of the worklist until the pointerchanges. The pointer will have two arrows pointing in opposite directions. Then, click, hold,and drag the side to the right to make the worklist wider.When you widen the worklist to about seven inches, the worklist changes to have columns.You can then sort the tasks in the worklist based on the columns. To sort the tasks based ona column, click the column header.Task DetailsThe Task Details on the right side of the Work Tasks window shows the details of the taskthat is selected in the Tasks Worklist on the left side of the window. In your Tasks Worklist, all tasks that have a Priority of “1” are groupedin the worklist and the “1” group is listed first, then all tasks that have a Priority of “2” aregrouped and listed below the Priority “1” tasks. You have two tasks that have a Priority of“1”. The Priority “1” task that has a Due Date of “04/01/15” is listed first in the “1” Priority sortgroup. Tasks could not be printed inthe Intergy EHR system.Now, in the new Work Tasks window, you have the ability to print a task on paper in bothsystems.The Print (printer icon) button in the new Work Tasks window is located in the upper rightportion of the Task Details section in the blue row of task information.To print a selected task, click the Print (printer icon) button. The Print dialog box displays.You can review the options and make changes, if necessary. When you are ready, select thePrint button. Work TasksIEHR Quick Text Shortcuts in Work TasksIEHR Quick Text Shortcuts in Work TasksYou can now insert quick text into a task note by using shortcuts in the Intergy EHR system.This can provide greater efficiency when creating or editing a note for a task in the WorkTasks window.A quick text shortcut is a method of adding a quick text entry by typing a few characters foran entry that places the entire quick text entry in the note. Quick text entries and theircorresponding shortcuts are user-defined.For example, you are adding a task note for a Follow-up type task. You want the follow-upappointment to occur in two weeks, and you want to place the time period into the note.You can now type the “/2w” shortcut for the “2 weeks” quick text entry to add the text inthe note.Previously, shortcuts for quick text were not available for task notes in the Intergy IEHRsystem. You could add quick text for a task note by clicking the Quick Text button in thelower left portion of the Add Task Note window and selecting the quick text entry.Now, you have the option to insert text for a task note by typing a quick text shortcut.The new quick text shortcut functionality has been added to the Work Tasks window whenyou are adding or editing a note for a task.You can view the existing available quick text entries and their corresponding shortcuts forthe Task Quick Text (CTM) task type in the Quick Text Maintenance window in the IntergyDesktop.Although you can add a new quick text entry from the Select Quick Text window when youare adding or editing a task note, you cannot add a shortcut for the new quick text entry.You can add a shortcut for an existing quick text entry by editing the quick text entry inQuick Text Maintenance.Greenway Intergy and IEHR 9.20 New System Features31
