On the Setup screen you can you can add additional steps, delete steps,modify the imported steps, re-order the steps, or mark steps that you do not want included in your fixedasset cycle. Note that you can delete more than one step by highlighting more than one step click anddrag the mouse over all steps you want to delete or Ctrl-Click (Cmd-Click on a Mac) to highlight nonsequential steps that you want to delete, or Ctrl-A (Cmd-A on a Mac) to highlight all rows. Asset Keeper Pro - Fixed Asset CycleUsing the Fixed Asset Cycle as a change logIf you find that your fixed asset cycle varies greatly and trying to create a standard set of steps is notpractical, you can alternatively use the Fixed Asset Cycle as a change log. For example, you canannotate the changes you make to your fixed asset data so that you can refer to it later should you wantto recall what has been done in your data file. This is particularly useful if there are multiple usersmaking changes to the fixed asset data and you need to know who did what and when.Use the Add Step button on the Home screen to quickly add a step to your Fixed Asset Cycle.Normally, if you wanted to add an item to the change log, you would have to first access the Fixed AssetCycle screen, then select Setup, then the Add button.
