Members present were: Mmes. Brannigan, Buteas, Palumbo and Power, and Messrs. Anderson,Daley, Finkelstein, Oras, Raja, Sica, and Taffet. XCIII- 336/13/188.WHEREAS, Middlesex County College has a need to acquire software and licensing services as a Business Entity DisclosureContract pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A- 20.4; andWHEREAS, the Director Purchasing and Inventory has determined and certified in writing that the value of the acquisitionmay exceed 17,500.00; andWHEREAS, the anticipated term of this contract is July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019; andWHEREAS, Citrix Systems, Inc., Fort Lauderdale, FL has submitted a proposal dated March 21, 2018, indicating that it willprovide software and licensing services for the amount of 25,468.17; andWHEREAS, Citrix Systems, Inc. has completed and submitted a Business Entity Disclosure Certification which certifies thatCitrix Systems, Inc. has not made any reportable contributions to a political or candidate committee in the State of New Jersey /County of Middlesex in the previous one year, and that the contract will prohibit Citrix Systems, Inc. from making any reportablecontributions through the term of the contract,NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Board of Trustees of Middlesex County College authorizes theAdministration to enter into a contract with Citrix Systems, Inc. as described herein.9.WHEREAS, Middlesex County College has a need to acquire proprietary software as a Business Entity Disclosure Contractpursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A- 20.4; andWHEREAS, the Director Purchasing and Inventory has determined and certified in writing that the value of the acquisitionmay exceed 17,500.00; andWHEREAS, the anticipated term of this contract is July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 and this is the second year of a threeyear contract; andWHEREAS, Ellucian, Inc., Fairfax, VA has submitted a proposal dated April 4, 2017, indicating that it will provideproprietary software for the not-to-exceed amount of 388,529.00; and

XCIII - 346/13/18WHEREAS, Ellucian Inc. has completed and submitted a Business Entity Disclosure Certification which certifies that EllucianInc. has not made any reportable contributions to a political or candidate committee in the State of New Jersey / County of Middlesexin the previous one year, and that the contract will prohibit Ellucian Inc. from making any reportable contributions through the term ofthe contract,NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Board of Trustees of Middlesex County College authorizes theAdministration to enter into a contract with Ellucian Inc.as described herein.10.WHEREAS, Middlesex County College has a need to acquire food supplies as a Business Entity Disclosure Contract pursuantto the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A- 20.4; andWHEREAS, the Director Purchasing and Inventory has determined and certified in writing that the value of the acquisitionmay exceed 17,500.00; andWHEREAS, US Foods, Inc., Rosemont, IL, has submitted a proposal dated June 4, 2018, indicating that it will provide foodsupplies for the not-to-exceed amount of 25,700.00; andWHEREAS, the anticipated term of this contract is July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019; andWHEREAS, US Foods Inc. has completed and submitted a Business Entity Disclosure Certification which certifies that USFoods Inc. has not made any reportable contributions to a political or candidate committee in the State of New Jersey / County ofMiddlesex in the previous one year, and that the contract will prohibit US Foods Inc. from making any reportable contributionsthrough the term of the contract,NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Board of Trustees of Middlesex County College authorizes theAdministration to enter into a contract with US Foods Inc. as described herein.
